with all the graduations going on this past month and this month i think he prolly either had this set up at his house for his kid or a buddies house and just shot the footage before the party or after or hell maybe even during hahahaha
@@YoungTro14 I assume you're trolling, but it very clearly says "family." I'm curious what you think comes after the first letter... I'll give you a clue, it's the letter "a" in "Family."
Dude I do that with virtually every human being that’s not my wife, kids or parents. I’ve got people I’ve been working with for 2 years and we’ve never called each other by our names. It’s always “hey bud” or “sounds good brother” or “yea ok, 10/4 no problem”.
Lmfao “congrats on doing something that 99% of people do” Shit had me dying that’s how I felt when my parents made me have a graduation party back when I finished high school
I'd like to believe that he was just driving down the street, saw this garage with a graduation party in it, and stopped and asked if he could use their party set up for his RU-vid video 😂😂😂
I feel ya. My party was immediately followed by a shift at Wendy’s. And that night was a buddy’s party who’s mom let everyone drink. Way better party than mine.
@@ViktoriousDead Not as hardcore as keyboard warriors, gun nuts and Civil War re-enacters. Those are the truly hard core, the real deal, assets to their communities.
"His grad party, 4 years ago. They had pulled pork too." Glad I'm not the only one who is able to recall memories based largely on what food was eaten.
Yeah hey, In Indiana these are called "Open Houses". (Having one for my daughter this weekend) People come and go as they please. But don't forget the CVS card with $ in it ! 🍻
I'm pretty antisocial so I didnt wanna have one, but my parents made me. Got almost $2700 from it. That's why you have one lol. Like he said in the video, "here's your card with money in it, that's why I'm here" is so true.
@@dustinclouse6888 People just gave me cards when I saw them, and some people mailed me some. Fortunately I got the cash and none of the awkward grad party
@@artverse188 Ahh well you're lucky then. My graduation party was the worst day of my life (except for the real party afterwards 🍻). Its the same conversation over and over and over for 3 straight hours. Ugh!
Never had a grad party. Instead my parents just let me pocket the money they were gonna use for it and still got letters in the mail with money congratulating me.
I noticed that too by the time I graduated from college. I really didn't understand it considering I think graduating from college is a much bigger accomplishment than graduating from high school.
I was taught that graduating was an expectation not an achievement. I remember sitting in the bleachers at my high school graduation, all my peer's parents were confused since I should have been on the field with the rest of my classmates. Well, we graduated by GPA, and I was in the first 30 or so names called out of 700 or so. My family and I bounced after my name was called and got to enjoy all the looks of disappointment as the parents realized that they had to wait a couple of more hours for the ceremony to end. Best memory of high school. 😂
I've never felt so called out in my life. I'm the oldest of three, and yes we all had that exact setup for our grad parties. I even had pulled pork. Dad put a tarp up to cover the junk off to the side. Now as an adult I keep getting invited to kids' grad parties and I'm exactly like this lol.
As someone we graduated last year I also never understood celebrating something that like 90%of people do.. its not really that much of an accomplishment
With modern times, maybe, but in the 1930s and 40s, just a few graduated high school. So it is something to be proud of. Plus, I remember an older relative of mine saying "I never have to suffer another day of school for the rest of my life" And she didn't (except for one computer class I talked her into)
Just had my brothers grad party, it was exactly like this. An uncanny resemblance. Even with his friends partys exactly the same, same food and tables too i had to go to like 6 parties of people i didnt know
As I remember back in the day when I graduated from HS, I couldn't wait to wrap that family gathering up so I could ready to go party and drink with my friends. I was more miserable that he was there, looking for the right time to exit without being noticed.
I'm from the Midwest. I do remember when I had my high school grad party meeting parents or family friends for either the first time or after 10 years. Also my friends' siblings, whom I've never spoken to, came looking like they would be somewhere else. Hey, I totally understood. It was awkward for me too. But my parents didn't serve pulled pork or taco in a bag; instead they served Pizza Hut and egg rolls (we're Asian).
This is so accurate to most of my party experiences. Mine was in my basement/backyard and we had self constructed burrito bowls. Other than that, this is so eerily accurate.
At 1:40 you can see the reflection of the entire garage in the balloon. We all know nobody is ever there except him and the cameraman. But it's funny to watch him look at and talk to the empty corner.
@@Consciousroy_216 that was not implied. 🙄 I assume you never had kids and really don't understand the amount of work it often takes to motivate a child to get to that goal.
