I used to get triggered with ppl doing this. But now I understand why. If you save in the same slot every time and the game bugs out or randomly freezes and you saved it there's no way to reload into it without it happening again. I don't constantly save in a new slot but I back up save every few hours into the game. Sure might mean I have to repeat certain things as slot 1s save errored or corrupted but least I don't have to start from the very beginning.

@@ragingredhead9555 yeah for me I do this for harder games like final fantasy tactics.. where keeping track of saves are important so the game doesn’t make you stuck forever on a particular boss that you can’t get out of and makes you start from the beginning if your not careful haha I’m 30 hours in and still haven’t hit that boss…
