Oh wow this idea is great! She could split the home in two. Especially bc the letter M feels mirrored she could make one half of the floorplan minimalistic and the other one maximalistic. Would love to see that 😍
Im so sad that I haven’t seen Moroccan yet!! I feel like maximalist and minimalist have already kind of been covered in different themes… the Moroccan kit has some of my favorite stuff in the whole game, and I think having that part in the middle as a courtyard would be so cool 😭

These letter builds are so cool, you wouldn’t even notice they’re more unusual floorplans! I love the storylines you come up with and the thought behind all the items 😂 Gotta love that advance fireplace technology.
I was gonna say M for movie madness. A SIM obsessed with movies but I like the other comments of twins being opposite Maximist vs minimumalist bedrooms and then show it in the bathroom and kitchen living areas of the two combined or something.
Ooh for M I would loooove Medieval because that's my go-to buildstyle and I'd love to see your take! But I have to say the Minimalist / Maximalist idea also piques my interest 👀
2 things: M for Modern could be nice! and once you finish all of the letter homes, you can go back and make custom characters for each one! no pressure and i love ur work!❤

I am loving all these builds. The thing I love most is seeing all the objects from different packs you have been including. I love the sims and have all the packs and kits so I'm seeing alot of stuff that we have and I never used have me wanting to build,
Love, love, love this one!😍 Do an outside area for all the letters!🤤 You should totally do something like this for the second part of the series - Where you design the garden for each of the letters to go with the theme- like would the house have a big or small garden, or a swimming pool, maybe a vegetable patch, a little garden for the fairy's. Could be a nice addition to the letters and to complete them overall🥰🙏
I have a mirrored backsplash. We are in a rental, I would never choose it myself. It looks cool, just don’t get too close! It’s so hard to get properly clean, it constantly has a film of oil on it so even with lots of cleaning it is still streaky. And I’m very short so I can’t reach to clean the top of it without standing on something.
This is such a cute challenge! I hope at the end you'll finish with a "name neighbourhood" challenge -> landscape "DR ASHLEY" into a gorgeous tiny house 'neighbourhood' on a large block.
I would love to see you try and do a minimalist for one half and maximalist for the other but with a twist both sims who live in the opposite sides are mermaids. So the theme is minimalist/maximalist mermaid.

i know that it doesn't matter because sims don't care about privacy... but i love the lack of curtains in the bathroom window. it tells me 2 things about this home. its *so* secluded that theres almost no chance of anyone coming close enough to see inside, and its owned by a couple who's been together so long that they just vibe in the nude
For ‘M’ split the room in half and have onside be mid century maximalism vs monochrome minimalism . For the other letters: N for neo-classical/neon, O for organic modern, P for post modern/ preppy or punk, Q for Queens Ann, R or rustic, S for Steampunk/Space age/Scandinavian, T for Traditional/transitional/Tuscan, U for unusual, V for Victorian/vibrant, W for Wabi-sabi, Y for Y2K and Z for Zen. BTW you could’ve done ‘L’ for light academia since you already have dark academia.

@DoctorAshley I love this home. It reminds of my parent’s place that rent out in the keys. Theirs is three stories though, but my mom always likes going to there because it is a break from their business here.
