Every Lore of Magic in Warhammer 2 Ranked from Worst to Best 

What's your favourite Lore of Magic?

I feel like Life deserves a much higher place as it can make some of the most powerful monsters in the game practically unkillable, especially when used with dinosaurs or treemen. Vamps, Fire, and Shadows are all amazing though.

Lore of Nehekhara and Lore of the Wild higher than Lore of Life? This does not have my consent.

if you have a ranged army then light is best if you rely on generals/heroes then life is best if you siege heaven/fire are best but the vampire magic is hands down the best

Every spell in Lore of Life is crazy useful and effective. It's versatility alone makes it top 5, in my opinion.

Moral of the story: He plays WAY differently than I, and anyone else I know, play Warhammer.

You can't get that list right. Especially because a different lore of magic might be the best for each race. Light magic is very useful for the Empire and the High Elves, because of Net of Amyntok. The Lizards rather need Life magic because of their monstrous single entities. So, that could be your next video: "best lore of magic for each race"

I swear plague is the best lore for skaven purely because of the tar pits it creates

I think Lore of Light is a play style all of its own. For example, if you use it with a dino-heavy army, your front line is just a wide death ball, and becomes top 5 at least.

Lore of fire is obviously my favorite, but lore of shadows is just so brutally effective its hard for me to even play factions that don't have access to it. Nice work. Love the pacing!

I can see why it’s hard to do these ratings, because most of my disagreements involve the factions I like to use certain lores in. Lore of Life feels top tier when I can use it in an army with lots of aggressive single entities, like lizardmen or late game high elves. I can’t remember the last time I took a fire slann because my lizardmen armies aren’t short on damage, they need to live. But with the Empire, Life feels pretty useless and Shadow or Fire is appealing. Similarly, if you’re a faction who gets manticore summons from the lore of Beasts, those things can get a lot done. If you get eagles, it’s passable but not nearly as battle defining. I don’t do any multiplayer, but when I watch it, manticore summoning is big in the meta, so I assume it’s bringing a lot of value to armies for the opportunity cost of the rest of that lore being a little lackluster. I guess campaign is different because your campaign caster will have all the spells and get extra utility from them all being good, while a multiplayer build caster might only take 2 spells to spam. Appreciate your thoughts, though! When I play a faction with lots of lore options, I always get indecisive and wonder if I’m missing better choices. I’ve used your magic explanation videos to refresh me when I’ve been away from the game for a bit.

Lore of life and plague that far down, lmao. Aside from the obvious ones, this tier list is suuuper wack wack. Love your content normally though. My man has lore of shadows in top 3 lores lol. My man literally has Nehekhara and rune magic higher than life and plague.

What I understood from this video: Every lore is damaging

I'm still so confused about Lore of fire. Everytine I use a burning head it does like 0 damage, but then I see videos with people using it and it wipes out entire Units. What are you supposed to use burning head against can someone please tell me Im so confused

What is the name of the map in which you talked about the lore of deep???

I know most people won't agree with me, and that's fine. But for me the best Lore in the game is actually Metal (Fire is close second). It's particularly useful if you're playing High Elves, who are pretty archer heavy. Seeing as HE archers don't have great AP, Plague of Rust is a godsend. In every HE campaign I played, I ended up getting a Metal in one of my armies. On top of Plague of Rust, Searing Doom is also good (but only when overcast, otherwise the AoE is too small). Actually combining Plague of rust and Searing Doom can be unholy. When your units aren't undead, and therefore can't be resurrected, armour is your best bet at staying in the fight for a long time. That's the area in which Metal is best, obviously. tl;dr, well balanced lore and very useful for low AP / Living armies

Lore of Life is really only one u need, since it has great AoE dmg, buffs & healing.

I gotta put Vampires top, Life Plague Ruin and Fire all make strong arguments for number 2. The middle of the pack I mostly agree with, though Nehekara is trash. I do like Wild, more than it deserves, because I'm a Beastmen fanboy. And I can admit that.

Life 12th plage and life so far back.... get a grip easily 3 of the best.

This list is meh, just saying... Vampire magic should be first, second should be life and third should be fire. Plague magic maybe tied with Deep magic for Forth.

If you think Ruin is better than Plague, you need to change your meds. Also, Lore of Life should easily get 3rd place. I don't disagree with the top 2 though.
