This shows how to do everything with the meepo remote. Change from km/h and mph, how to reverse, how to brake, go foreword, change brake power, change speed mode, lcd description, and ONE SECRET! so be sure to watch the whole video.
Dude you're a peoples champ..... you got no idea how much i looked for instructions and videos, and you're the only one that came through. Thanks, dude.
cruise control mode looks awesome, thanks for posting. I am looking into getting a new board since I have had the v2 for a few years. you for sure went 60+mph its the 100mm wheels ;)
Meepo V4 Shuffle ER... Can I calibrate the esc? One wheel responds faster to the accelerator being engaged and spins longer than the other. The other wheel delays and then stops way sooner.
Hello, I received my Meepo board about a week ago and I was so satisfied with it. But I was riding today and suddenly the board fully hit the brakes on its own and I fell on my head but thankfully I had a helmet on. So I tried to ride the board again but the remote won’t stop braking, I turned off the board and the remote and it still didn’t work. So what do you think the problem is? Thank you
I bet there is an issue with the remote connecting with the board or there is a disconnected wire in the remote. I would email meepo, as they have a warranty.
I'm having the exact same issue... it I had it working before. I had to replace one of the escs (exact same spec and manufacturer) now on 1 pairs at a time.... I cannot find anything to solve this... I have heard I need to let the remote battery completely die first. Then charge it up and pair...????
KornShaDoW097 turn on the board and remote. Press and hold the board power button until it it blinks (8 seconds) then click both power and function buttons on remote at the same time. The board should be paired now.
How did yours come with the 100mm? and what do you need to buy when you want the 100mm if they dont come together. Do you just buy the ou sleeves or the pu sleeves plus the wheels im confused?
I'm trying to change my remote from KM/H to MPH and when I press function + power on the remote at the same time my screen just says "OK" and I don't have any options to change anything. Any suggestions? Great video BTW!
Sean Mock hmmm. Not sure about that one. I haven’t heard of that issue. I’ll do some research and see what I can find. Email meepo as well they are very helpful. (Also send them a video of this happening so they aren’t redundant)
Nintendo 64 mph. Good video. My mini2 was hit by a car. no I was on the pavement 10 feet away so the car missed me. Which was really convenient. Anyway. The board was fine. 1000+ miles on standard battery, the capacity has sagged, but the board is still reliable. Be safe out there kids. These boards could be very dangerous under the wrong feet.
I scrolled the wheel back too fast one time. Board dead stopped while carrying me 17mph awd pro… needless to say this trick at the end doesn’t sound like a good idea while your actually riding… thanks for the video overall.
Mine also has 64. I haven’t really tested it out, but I think it’s close enough to be fairly accurate. I’ve gone 30mph on a speed testing app, while it showed 30 on the remote.
@@steelavocado1 when I had the 90mm I use to hit 31mph easily now that I switched to 100mm i can barely hit 29mph I'm just confused don't bigger wheels equal higher top speed????
Raymond Talavera yes and no. Bigger wheels will have less torque but faster speed usually but not always. With this board, bigger wheels are too big and the board can’t accelerate as fast as the 90mm. So the 90mm are faster
Joshua Harlston going that fast isn’t that bad actually. Swap out the rear bushing with the harder one, and tighten them a decent amount but not enough to stop it from turning. And find a smooth road. I’ve got years of experience on a normal longboard so it’s easier for me.
When calibrating the wheel speed I find 65 works with 90mm wheels. But 85 with 100mm wheels I get 40 MPH. The larger the wheel the higher the wheel speed. I switched to a new remote and all my info transferred over to it.
PHIL'S BS the number shouldn’t change that much based on the wheel size of 10mm difference. I had 100mm wheels and whatever came with my remote worked for me.
It’s only changing the mph-er shown on your remote. You’re not actually going faster. They pre-calibrated remote before shipping it depending on the size of the wheels. You’re dense.
My wife was not far behind me, and I decided to speed up for a while then let her catch up. I waited & waited, got worried she'd fallen & headed back to pick her up off the pavement. After riding back a ways, I knew something was wrong. When I got to her, she'd accidentally gotten into reverse and had no idea why. Luckily I had just read about it the previous day. Couldn't remember how to change it, so we used Google to get he back on the road and riding forwards! It's an easy mistake to make... I find my fingers hit the buttons when I grip tighter - usually as speed goes up and things get more tense.
Yesterday I was riding my NLS Pro with that same remote on this video. While riding slow the board took off at full speed without me touching the remote. When I tied to slow down the remote wouldn't make it slow down, then suddenly it slowed down for and threw me off the board just before speeding up again. The board continued off the path without me touching the remote. Luckily I wasn't badly hurt but it could have been bad. I'm never using that remote again. I emailed Meepo this morning. Not sure about Meepo anymore. I could have been killed if I had been riding in traffic.
