haha, we had a drag race earlier, but the camera wasnt recording. Basically it was a tie for the first 1-2 seconds, then i just blew right past him. its got 11+ miles over the boosted mini s and 8+ over the mini x
@@RonnieSarmiento My first 2 esk8's were used meepo's but the customer service is inconsistent so even though I had to no issues because they don't offer solid US support I can't recommend them. Well can't recommend ordering from them directly.
I'm waiting for my v3 and I'll be a first time rider but if I love it I'll be ordering this one as well. Much better for taking it on a nyc train. Great video dude
Hell yeah, ive been waiting for a good vid on the Mini 2 ER, and having got the board 3 days ago, it really is one hell of a board. And yes. Super fast.
bought the meepo NLS pro and its coming in the mail and i just love how meepo keeps trying to innovate by fixing there site and customer support definitely moving up
@@RonnieSarmiento thanks man hopefully when i get it the top speed and range are there cuz ive seen some vids and it dont be hitting 20 mile range or 30 mph
@@majorpuffen7444 well i at least want 15 miles out of it cuz i saw reviews and the most it would hit is 13 on the nls and that's not good i know there are different variables so we will see
It IS way to fast! Just got my meepo mini 2 (not the ER) AND I LOVE IT!!! Its incredible, the board has nice concave which really locks your feet in, and the kicktail is amazing for manuals and pivoting. They upgraded me with the 6.0 esc, which comes with a nice remote, and a "hidden speed mode" which is why I can hit 29mph flatground I believe, which they only advertise 25mph for the non-ER board. I'll be going 20mph in promode, hit full throttle and it will still kick me back. And the braking is very strong(which can be toned down) I recommend this board for experienced riders.
Got my mini 2 er in this week....i mean man, i fking rode over 15km and it had 79% battery, speedmode 3, when i was home...it had 52% left...this board wont even die on me. I think the range is underestimated...
High energy and enthusiasm was spot on. So fun. Realistic. Got a new eboard-first basic and short board scared me even when no on. Took a few minutes to get balance and obviously, I’m a noob-no experience, but looking forward to getting some. Thank you-great vid.
Awesome review. I was lookin all over for good reviews of this board since I ordered it a few weeks ago. Sooooo stoked please make more vids on this board.
Ive had mine for a week. Unbelievable speed and build quality is excellent. Never been on a longboard, so coming from a traditional skateboard, this thing feels hella smooth 😎
I hut 31 in speed 3. Which I think is expert. Idk if it goes faster on pro. Also this is my first board. And I would definitely recommend as ur first board. I wouldn't get anything slower.
Bro that board is FAST!!! Nice to see ur insta360 is still intact was worried about that one. Would love them items especially the stickers. Stay Stoked!! Now waiting for the next vid.
I just got a Shuffle ER about a month ago with the 105mm wheels. The first time I rode it I was shocked how fast it accellerated. It's so fun. No kicktail though, it's a pure longboard shape, it's all about stability.
I have this exact board! It's so fast I haven't been able to go Max speed. I fell once and it was terrible. Thanks for doing a review on this bored! It'll be perfect for highschool!
I ain't normally wearing protective gear but with this one I'd get me some knee pads and a helmet lmao shits crazy. Crashing on this going 30 is like a big time scooter crash.
Just got board this in a trade for my old computer today and spent almost 2 hours trekkin around my neighborhood. I'm glad the guy I traded warned me not to use setting 4 until I got comfortable on 3. I'm stoked this is my first E board and since I've always had longboards it's the perfect size :D
My first time on, The remote auto shut off and i was cranking it trying to get power, i somehow turned the remote back on after i thought it was off, and cranked it on mode 3. the board went flying and i went sideways 5 feet up in the air, good thing i've skated my whole life and i landed okay on my elbows. but damn, so much torque! this thing has tons of torque at low speeds. my only complaint was that the back wheels started squeeking.
MEEPO MINI 2 ER STANDARD SHIPPING TO N. TEXAS Ordered- JUNE 24th Tracking # - JUNE 27th Shipped to US - AUG 4th Arrived at door - AUG 5th Shipped by UPS 42 DAYS from payment Hope this helps
LUCAS KELLY jump off the board a kick your foot backwards to stop the board and then focus on stopping your body. You can drag your foot on the ground also, called foot breaking.
I love to see the top speed. If it goes over 31mph. And is cheaper than the Raptor which is I believe the fastest production board out ,there will be trouble.lol
Just recently got a summer board, now looking into a Meepo Mini for casual cruising. Couldn't imaging hitting a crack or small rock at 28 miles on that thing 💀💀
Have a meepo mini 2 er acne have put a little over 200 miles and I just had to watch videos cause the back right wheel started giving me issues and wouldn't push the board so it was only going off of one wheel, that really just the performance as it barely does 20 so I took the cover off the back and saw that where it connected that it looked like the wire had got hot or something and looked to be shorted out our something. I disconnected the wires and cleaned them all up and put it back together and it came right back on, hopefully this won't continue cause I don't want to keep replacing things, like the motor on the wheel itselfor the ecu. I got this new for just under 300 including tax which is a great price as it retails around 650 from what I saw. But I have no warranty through meepo... That's the only bummer. Highest I've hit is 29mph but battery was around 70% and hitting decent sized pebbles at that speed make you pucker your backside real quick cause you don't wanna go rollin an tumbling at that speed in shorts an a t-shirt. Highest it's gone just maxing out the controller while holding it in the air is 32mph. For a small cruiser, it's AWESOME
i got a meepo mini 2 on cyber monday for 384 and there already back up to 430 and 500 600 on ebay if you want to get one in the US and the boosted mini on ebay is 400
The ER version is more powerful than the standard version because of the Hobbywing ESC is not the same ! It seems a really great board, I'm waiting mine to be shipped ! Thanks for you review!
kind of same here, my board was shipped but then it was returned from customs to them, they never told me until I emailed them asking if I could get it sent out again, then repsponded with nonsense, ended up charge backing them and looking for a new company
@@ilovelasagna5632 I went over to Backfire Boards and ordered their mini on Friday December 17. Literally 30 minutes later I get a text that the board shipped. I couldn’t believe it, but then I also received an email that it shipped. I got the board on Monday December 20th. I live 20 minutes away from my job and there’s a bike lane most of the way there, so I got it for the commute. That same day I get called in to work and ended up working nine days straight, which is fine but I’m so glad I have the board to get home faster after a long, exhausting shift. BF is from China too, just make sure it’s coming from a US distributor. Cali to me in three days because I also live on the west coast.
I just got this board, broke my right clavicle, had head injury, got both knees lacerated, and roadrash all over. I am experienced in skateboarding but accidents happen. Be careful guys. Always where a helmet too, if I hadn't had my ruroc helmet I could've been paralyzed. Also dont do rough roads or very bumpy ones, and always look for transitions in concrete. Be safe, and may the force be with you.
@@masterkc I was at 17-21 mph, the transition to the ridged road caused my board to speed wobble and there was nothing I could do to prevent the crash.
I have the old version of the dirt rider, and I've gotten 22mph on it. It's scary cos it has these huge rubber tires and is extremely heavy. Also the turning range is bad, but it's an amazing board for cruising due to its size and speed
I feel like the mini would be better when it comes to getting in and out of traffic in and out of sidewalks to the street ect. Since a longboard take a more of a wide turn you would have to stop and carry your longboard if you’re riding in tight traffic. Idk tho I don’t own one but doing my research to decide which one to get since they’re not cheap.
I've tried the older electric long boards in larger cities. For the most part, you're not going to run into scenarios where you're weaving through traffic. It's like taking an old Labrador retriever to NYC. You'll have to help him with the curbs and lift him up in places...make sure he doesn't walk out into traffic, etc. It's not that bad. I'm getting this meepo 2 next month. Let me know how it went with you. 650 plus shipping is pretty beastly.
I have two Meepo boards (V2 & V3) for over three years. When these boards work, they are great fun. However, This is my major issue with Meepo. After riding your new Meepo board, fully expect the ESC AND /OR BATTERIES TO FAIL! It has happened to me four times. If your board is problem free for more than a year, consider yourself lucky. The proof is in the warranty. 6 months & 3 months for spare parts. This shows that Meepo does not believe in their products.
@@kam2drippy407 i got it to the time but i crashed like 2 days ago broke my wrist and my remote got rekt and is not working so iorderd a new m4 remote 2hrs ago :)
I've got a Boosted Stealth with some mods but watching this video made me want a Meepo Mini lol. Now I have that and a 121c Aileron (like Arc boards used) on the way. I'll probably end up with a little deadly rocket. Insane that it might be faster than my Stealth though considering I have larger wheels I changed the pulley to a different ratio.
I can see from your shadow your using a selfie stick but you edit it out from the visual......what selfie stick or camera are you using for it not to appear?
It's crazy how cheap eboards have gotten! For under $400 I got the Meepo V3. it's probably the best board for the money if you're looking for a cheap first board. It's way faster than i can comfortably ride lol. I can't hang going those speeds Ronnie was hitting on a mini board man.
I’ve ridden a boosted mini for like an hour and loved it immediately. Only issue is that I don’t wanna spend $750 on a e-board especially since boosted is out of business now. So this is my first e-board. Exactly what he said shouldn’t be your first board lol but for college and smooth roads in the city this is gonna be fun, most likely gonna eat it a few times but hey if I don’t die falling I’ll just get back up till it happens 😜
