Extra painful because the clip is of Zoe, who, like Donna, was made to forget her time with The Doctor. Though she got to remember the first time they met. Basically, if Donna had forgotten everything except The Runaway Bride.
How do you even come up with this?! First the video idea, but THEN knowing all of Who so well that you pair these quotes with completely unrelated episodes. And on top of that, it's not just a plain description of the episode but it's often a clever joke. What is this sorcery?! It's so good!
This is just making me wonder, what does whooob know that we don't, Dot and Bubble was spot on with the giant slugs as has every episode that's released since this video was released, now I'm wondering about future episodes, the empire of death has "Don't worry investigator, he's quite mad" which is making me think, along with its title, that we might not have seen all of Mad Jack yet
For ‘Rosa’, you could’ve also used the clip from ‘The Mutants’ where the Doctor runs up to the ‘Overlords - Solonians’ sign in the middle of a chase and exclaims “Good grief, segregation!”
The Hungry Earth could be represented by Frontios: TURLOUGH: (slurred) Eaten by the earth. DEPUTY: He has some contribution to offer? TURLOUGH: They live in the ground below, pulling us to them in our times of weakness.
i love that the magicians apprentice clip is from genesis of the daleks but its not even something like “do i have the right” with a straightforward correlation but rather a reference to the electric guitar scene also 9:28 im dying 💀
On screen, maybe. They were implied to have done so back in 1965, when a Dalek appeared on top of the wheel housing of the _Marie Celeste_ despite their time machine landing on the ship's deck.
This is a very creative and great vid. You missed a bit of season 5 i think? - vampires in venice and a couple of the two parters there? It’s fantastic though - AND i love how you’ve done the rest of the current season fairly accurately!
This just gets funnier on rewatch, catching jokes I missed the first time around. "This little baby is gonna solve all our problems" for Closing Time is hysterical.
This is absolutely perfect and as someone who is more of a fan of Classic I can't thank you enough for going through everything (even the missing ones) and doing this, this stupendous work!
Really funny. Laughed at several. The Beast Below, Closing Time, and The Zygon Inversion were so funny. Day of the Moon and Ascension of the Cybermen were pretty clever. 5 episodes are missing, but still funny without them. Series 14 was a surprise!
I was waiting for this, and I’ve got to say it did not disappoint, excellent job I was kinda bummed Paul McGann wasn’t in here, but including Curse of Fatal Death more than makes up for it
war doctor: "oh he's too old!" ninth doctor: "well [ears] too fat, isn't he!" tenth doctor: "nooo, he's too thin!" eleventh doctor: "that one's too young!" twelfth doctor: "that won't do at all!" thirteenth and fifteenth doctor: "is this the best you can do? i've never seen such an incredible bunch!"
I watched this out of duty to the poor sod who must have spent weeks working on it. And then quite enjoyed it. Top marks for making an 'every episode' Who video that isn't out of date when the new series comes out.
6:51 This one is genius. Listen is one of the best Doctor Who episodes of all time in my opinion, and watching this clip in context is what makes it stand out as an all time great.
The titles of these episodes with the classic visuals got my Whovian mind in a complete knot, but this was really impressive. While some jokes don't work in its modern context, I still love the inspired twists. Now I wonder if an opposite version could also be made... 🤔
i think this is the ultimate Doctor Who video. it makes no sense how accurate all of these are. the inside jokes too. everything is just absolutely perfect. impressive job also how the hell did you predict the series 14 episodes 😭 i'll be checking back to see if they were accurate
You did really good for the newest series but kinda screwed up Legend of Ruby Sunday and Empire of Death (reasonably however because this was made months before those were released)
