There’s plenty of creativity. The public lets a lot of new originals flop and reboots/remakes/revivals break records. There’s been plenty of original content in the past 7-10 years and there always will be.

While there are too many sequels, zootopia was always setup on a way to warrant a sequel so I'm happy they are doing it. If only big hero 6 was getting one too
Frozen 3 better bring rapunzel to confirm the cousins theory and it would be big first time in the movies they connect their Disney princesses together outside of tv shows.
I still think Toy Story 5 should be a prequel movie about how Andy got Woody from either his dad or grandpa and have Woody learn that he's a toy and not an actual Sherrif.
@@ryan41226 the toys are exposed being alive and the toy council criticizes Woody and his Group of Friends that we know about there mistakes on accidentally exposing the toys to be alive
well concidering they decided to get 'creative' with new ideas but had very bad writers running things for a few years and trying to force their personal agendas into the movies, Disney lost alot of money. So needless to say i'm, honestly not suprised that they're relying on already present successes to try and recover losses. Because they lost alot, and I mean, alot of money my friend.
Well the last time when Disney tried to make original content no one saw it Yeah wish was mid and kinda shit but at least it was a original idea At this point yeah make sense why Disney wants to make just sequels and remakes cause no one bothers for their original content
6:25 The potential of a toy vs tech concept excites me so much.. the way the movies keep evolving with time and tackling these ideas of childhood and growing up is in my opinion beautiful
I agree maybe like in the end a toy woody(or)buzz will have to go into the tech lab and try to stop it then they get captured and then they have to destroy the lab
@LethalAttraction-1 no we need original new films, not sequels. How long are they gonna keep milking toy story series. It should have ended in toy story 3 it self, that had a better ending than toy story 4. Same is for the incredibles

I love Disney but seriously, wow. Between live action remakes and computer animated sequels…their creativity has vanished like Cinderella’s coach at midnight.
It doesn't mean disney are not creative. It's just, the last time they make original film, it was flop to hard, iger annouced 3 new films from their most well-known franchises. Toy story 5, Zootopia 2, and Frozen 3, follow by frozen 4 at the same year in 2023 By the way, there are 3 original animation films that was flop, based on my known: - Lightyear (being banned in 9 eastern countries because of the lgbt scene) - Strange world (once again, another lgbt) - Turning red (few people call it cringe, and being compared by dreamworks puss n boots sequel) There's another, but i think this is the reason they make a lots of sequel. Plus, the success of inside out 2, make it more reasonable why they choose this path.

This storytelling theme(topic) is about coexistence between 'humans and robots' and even coesistence between 'past, present, and future'. Why 2060s? Osamu Tezuka died in 1989, and the copyright will be protected for 70 years from that date. That means the copyright will remain in place until 2059, and Walt Disney Animation Studios will be able to plan a remake of the Tezuka work from 2060.

It is not a new Lilo and Stitch film. They are just making the original story live action. A new Lilo and Stitch would be a prequel or another sequel and it would be a cartoon. We are getting the same story with added stuff that is not needed in live action format
Pls don't. That movie is perfect as it is and it's very rounded and finished story. I don't want them to ever touch it again as it'd just ruin the legacy of that film.
