The question what's the wealth tax percentage I think a maximum of 2 percent wealth tax is enough to make any country great again, what we have at the moment is the rich don't pay tax the avoid tax and their wealth keeps on increasing exponentially and that bad for the people and the economy, it becames a monopoly. While the people get poorer our father lived a better life and our grandfathers lived even a better life, wealth was more divided between people now the wealth is controlled by the very few 10 top USA rich people probably own 90 percent of the USA economy while the 90 percent own only 10 percent of the usa economy I belive even less because we are not taking into account the foreign people who own huge parts of the usa economy, the wealth divide is wrong, and the only way to fix it through wealth tax for everyone even the poor and the middle class, everyone pays 2 percent of their wealth every year if the top 10 percent pay 2 percent of their wealth that's 1.8 percent of the usa economy is returned to the people, the rich would have lost very little but that money is huge for the 90 percent of the people.

why? Its not free wealth. their parents made it and paid the legal taxes on their profits. why tax it twice? if you leave $75 grand to your kids should the government, just take it from them? why should they do that with $75 million? whats your logic for that? Its very simple to tax the rich and in a 100% fair way. have a flat sales tax. zero income tax. that will help the poor who dont make a lot and actually be equal. Billionaires spend a lot of money. if you charge them sales tax they will pay tax instead of letting them use these purchases like jets as a tax write-off

Speaking as a CPA, if we reduced income taxes and replaced them with inheritance/estate taxes to the point where it's tax-revenue-neutral (or even better, cut government spending along with it and reduce overall taxes), our country would be way better off and reward those who actually earned their wealth for themselves through hard work, rather than unearned wealth from daddy and mommy.
