What about us insomniacs? Are we screwed? I cant fall asleep unless I take a cocktail of sleep aides, even then I struggle to sleep. Whats happening to pineal gland for people like me?
Hopefully helpful: This comment is not specific about the pineal gland, but in the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) there is knowledge about the connection about organs and awakening to specific times at night. If you want to sleep peacfully, you can look for the so-called 'Organ Clock'. Then you can identify your specific awakening phases - equated organ-disbalances and do something to strengthen the affected organ. There are so many possibilities to better your situation if you know the affected organ-system, for example physical or mental exercises, diatary measures and much more. If you are successful, your sleep will get much better. Your general health and mood too. You know, you were sucessful when you can sleep the whole night through... This is a simple, good analysis tool. It is very easy to use, even for laypersons. There is also a massive psychological element to can't fall asleep in the first place. Before you use constantly chemicals to sleep (damaging your body in the long run) you can also look for a good TCM practitioner or doctor. I got help with a good one. They examined brains……in many different stages of decomposition……and they had no media or other sources or distractions……human curiosity is not as prevalent as it once was…..people now are distracted 24/7…….people then studied their environment and themselves……imagine concentrating all our energy to these important studies……
If the pineal gland has photoreceptors may be true but if it is in the middle of your brain, then how does the pineal gland register any light? This video has repeated the same text about three times. It could have easily presented as a 3 minute video and obtained more hits (more people watching it)
Once I realized my pineal gland (my 1st eye) is my telescope to the cosmos. IT showed and told me very early on that I am a Sage who will never Age. I am a Seer who is beyond Here and a Mystic who is beyond the Realistic. Not from my ego but from my Soul for IT and you are eternal.

Interesting.. question.. what can you share..if one is able to see/view the inner part of the eye/retina and connect with a light show of exhubert colors pastel 💙 blue as if you were looking at a full moon and even the color of a natural full moon..this is extremely bizarre accounting.. sometimes even self activated during concentration meditation and sounds vibrations will wake up this phenomena..can anyone offer understanding.. thanks
