Interesting fact: The sack you all know and love, unlike the rest of your body that has muscles that suppress pain, the sack has none. The nerves there are completely vulnerable, which means whenever pain is inflicted there you're feeling the full force of what hit you, to add matters worse is that the pain circulates through the rest of your body which means you feel that same pain throughout the rest of your body, That too includes when someone is hit there you'd mostly see them crouch down or holding their stomach which is where the pain mostly circulates in. Depending on the cause of your testicle pain, the condition for such a hit to heal from that can take up to 4 weeks which means you have to forcefully limit your activities and by all means, SERIOUSLY get more rest when that's happening. To add the fact that I was purposely kicked in the sack back in high school, the pain is insurmountably unbearable and can last for an unsure time. Most likely minutes to come. Best guess is probably a few minutes but your body will surely feel sore for a long time during the day
