Today we are discussing every OWCA agent we know of from Phineas and Ferb! Let’s learn about every agent from Perry the Platypus to Peter the Panda to Pinky the Chihuahua and Planty the Potted Plant! While there are other spy organizations like SHIELD, the British Spy Union, and the Canadian Organization Without A Cool Acronym, OWCA, or the Organization Without A Cool Acronym, is the special agency we are going to break down today because of their focus on using animal agents! Major Monogram may be a noble leader, but it’s his agents who are on the ground keeping the Tri-State Area safe!

The last 2 episodes of the last season had the OWCA Files part 1 & 2, which I believe was suppose to be a different series. We never saw Phineas, Ferb, Candace, or any other human characters beside Dr. D, Carl and Major Monogram. Which makes me think it’s in their universe, but not their timeline, like maybe when everyone else went to college or something. And honestly, I’m glad it didn’t get created because parts 1 & 2 I think were pitches, and I did not like the episodes at all.

Milo Murphy's Law introduced an agent from the German division: a german shepherd codenamed Agent G. He appears in "Agee Ientee Diogee" (a mostly flashback episode), in which Agent G was assigned to fight Doofenshmirtz during Perry's vacation, but due to interference from Dr. Not Sorry (a Canadian evil scientist - ACTUAL Canadian, unlike Professor Bannister), Agent G failed to show up, and Diogee, Milo's pet dog, shows up by accident instead (mistaken for Agent G by Monogram).

I have a theory that Ferb is an OWCA agent. If you’ll recall, in Phineas’ birthday episode, he wore the exact same type of fedora as the agents of OWCA. That, paired with Ferb’s silent demeanor makes him a pretty good candidate.

Fun fact. I looked up what a platypus sounds like and the noise Parry makes is actually pretty close to the real thing. Picture the noise he makes mixed with a cats meow and you'll be right there. Its a pretty cute noise. Also Perry is around 3ft tall in the cartoon but in real life they are about the size of a hamster. (a regular hamster not one of those giant or dwarf ones)

Terry the Turtle was in fact NOT discovered in the 2nd Dimension. He was first seen in the Gelatin Dimension, which is at least 4 dimensions away from the 2nd. The Terry from the 2nd Dimension is a cyborg. Which actually doesn't make a lot of sense, given that Gelatin Dimension Terry was supposed to be Phineas and Ferb's pet, per Baljeet's choice. It took so much unnecessary effort to get all this information, so please love me 🤣

I remember the rules of Organization Without a Cool Acronym. If you blew your cover, relocate or lose your memories. Uniform: '40s fedora I mean there are hundreds of members of OWCA.
