Sometimes a squeaking belt on a C5 can be the Harmonic Balancer. Give yours a good look if you haven’t already. They wobble and come apart and can be the source of the squeak.
That was absolutely the first place I checked, these cars are known for eating them. Luckily mine only has about 15-20k miles on it, hopefully I can push it a bit longer!
Had my tcm replaced on mine about a month ago. Had code P0720 which is for output speed sensor malfunction, but had it swapped out before tcm and still had issues untill tcm was swapped
The tech at the dealership said the truck wasn't throwing any codes and the battery was testing just above the threshold for them to replace it. He agreed it very likely could be battery related, so I bit the bullet and just ordered a new Optima Yellow Top to swap in. Fingers crossed!
I've been using them for years, I think there was a period of poor quality control when they moved their factory to Mexico, but I believe that has since improved

Trade that thing in for a Tundra. Hands down a better truck......the best truck, that is. Good thing it's not the C5 crank pulley. Have mine getting replaced with the Powerbond unit in T minus 6 days.
