Hi, watching this video now made me see that you've made a mistake, Nox was reworked in june 2015, not 2014, I was so confused because I started playing right before her change, but I couldn't recognise any other reworks until 2015

He's been working on the video for I think several months. He was probably halfway through editing when the Loki rework came out. I understand not wanting to do more recording, find more footage, do more editing, delaying the video even longer.

It was weird having an ultimate that required the target to use abilities in order for damage to be dealt being coupled with a silence on her 2. Kind of seems counter productive. A lot of good stuff was in her kit but it just didn’t work well together.

Bastet got reworked twice BTW. There was the 9blives kit with the jank de law. Rework also created Bastet solo as the best character in the game could whip the 2 and recast 1 out of cc. Yes fen grabs you no need to beads just recall the 1

U missed the initial Odin rework where his 2 gave attack speed to Odin and his teammate including minions. Also, I do miss a lot the old Arahne and Ratatosker.

Why is no one covering Chang’es slow changes..? Like. On release her 1 gave allies protections, her heal healed her an additional time for every ally she healed and her ult had a different hit box. Just her 1 is vastly different now than on release.

An Osiris rework would be cool, don’t know what they would change. He seems fine but his tether while a weird mechanic can provide a lot of peel and set up.

You forgot the old old Bastet passive which gave her a shorter death “cooldown” that came with her remodel. Also, Odin was magical back in the day with his 2 being some attack speed stim (iirc) before getting the shield.

I miss old arachne. She was a big meh but I miss placing eggs on the jungle to use them as wards and her ult. The 5 v 5 arachnes in arena mode was fun as hell too

I remember one particular match old joust I played with friends. We went arachne yimir and Anubis. I had nothing to do once they hit 5 since they just pul wrap kill over and over :-)

Old Nuwa was an amazing synergistic kit, too bad Smite hate split pushing. Old Nox was also really fun but I don't think her 1 and ult work for a mage, it would have been much better on a warrior or a tanky jungler (which I'm surprise they haven't release one yet).

I personally love vamana. Hes a perfect example of a simple, minimalist kit. His knock up and slow give him good control over an engage and his damage is nice for a warrior.

I feel like they killed Loki with his rework. He went from a high single target damage assassin to a great value (off brand) warrior. His kit makes no sense for his role and his scaling makes him even worse. Some people like his new feel but I'd argue he's better now in solo lane than he is in jungle.

I got ravavna to diamond before he got reworkwd. Most changes where good but the new basics pretty much killed the enjoyment of the God for a long time for me. Worst part of a God rework. Well besides Nike plan of action.

i miss the old basket the new one imo doesn't do anything. like i get it's more focused on her abilities but i could easily go in and shread people with her old kit or even use her cats to dive tower while gaining the damage boost when they die. now her ult does nothing but boost her other abilities which okay it's not bad but, to me that just makes her more boring.
