Every room is a different colour - but it actually looks REALLY good! 

Because everybody does these with a single color per room, I wish somebody would try one that is every room is a different COLOR COMBO so they have to spin the wheel for two colors in every room.

The sofa's cute flower pattern is an actual pattern from a Finnish brand named Marimekko and it's called Unikko. 😍😍 Me as a Finn is really excited about this!

Not sure if I'm the only one that feels this way, but lately Deli has definitely been focusing on whether or not viewers will like it. She's been making decisions based on what she thinks would be popular and not her own opinions. I just think it's sad that us as viewers have forced her to feel like some sort of server for our personal styles. It's IMPOSSIBLE to cater to everyone's opinions, and I think we all need to understand that. Most people are always encouraging and kind, but I really hope someday she does build solely for herself, and herself alone... not for the people who are judging her builds and shares it with us for our interest. She is so talented and she needs to know how great, quirky and unique her style is, regardless of what people say.

I'm so glad I started using build & buy CCs, I get excited playing my Sims family again 💚 Red is such a strong colour, the closest I'll ever get to have a red wall is brick wall. Ooh, the couch you love reminds me of Fendi. This mansion turned out even more amazing!

I love it! I did something kinda not too long ago, 8 sims based on a color the. 8 bedrooms all based on their color, four bathrooms and the bathrooms that were shared were a combo of the room colors and the rest was neutral, minus the dining room that had a colored chair for each sim lol. It was fun! A very colorful sorority lol

Deli!!! You mentioned how the sims you are building for are loaded from working all the time OR because it was inherited. I think it would be so cool if the Sims implemented a will for elder sims (tbh, ALL sims) to "write"(a pop-up like birthdays). The mechanics have to be easy (so it doesn't need to be fixed in 2 patches). The pop-up would include a selection list of known sims (up to 8 sims may be selected (maybe?), then the next screen would have individual dropdown menus for each sim that was previously selected. Basically, only immediate family members of the sim would be necessary for this to work. Ideally, the will could be "written" for any sim the elder has known (for storytelling ie. The elder sim has a secret spouse with another secret family. The elder sim decides to cut out their public family from the will, because they liked their secret family better (idk, does that make sense?)) The dropdown menu would then list the possible percentages of how the simoleons could be divvied up and you would press the green checkmark to confirm the will or the red 'x' on the top right corner to cancel making a will. I just want little things that I can use to change my sim's entire lives. Love the video Deli! and the build!!

Deligracy! I went to a restaurant in Montreal that had hanging chairs it was SOOOO nice..it was vegan restaurant really pretty inside and delicious food. So I think the hanging chairs at the dinning room table is coool !!

I looooove the natural coloured room so much, it's calming and clean, but yet natural. I want this colourscheme in my future home, but with a toujch of terracotta und wine red. I also find the red bedroom very appealing :)

The mustard room is my favorite as well. I use whites and neutrals occasionally in game but as a parent to kids and pets my first thought is to run the other direction lol.

Can confirm the non slip mats get black junk all over the place. I worked retail for a company that doesnt like to spend money on stores or staff, and everytime we picked the mats up there was so much black dust from them basically disintegrating under our feet
