I love how Rattenking also is a clear reference to THE Rat King, a creature that, depending on lore, will trade secrets with humans or even offer up a secret in exchange for food. I think it's German? I do know there's many versions of the Rat King. Also I think a better way of a Bancho would be Josuke rather than Jotaro. Yes Jotaro was a yanki but he wasn't really the leader of the Stardust Crusaders. Joseph was.

If a Scandinavian region is ever made, skwovet and greedent could take on references from Ratatosk, the squirrel of the world tree that carries insults and and gossip from the eagle at the top to the dragon at the bottom, keeping them angry and frenzied to see who can destroy their end of the tree first. Basically, he's one of those guys that just wants to watch the world burn

I saw a comment about Rattenking being a dark/poison if he was given some purple and really have to agree with that as I can see him being part poison. Not sure how it would be explained in Alola, but I’m sure there can be something we can pull

Big fan of the Bunnelby line. I love these regional forms for them. Wish they were real, especially Minersby. It's perfect.

I imagine the Maraudhog line being enemies of the Soarret line. I mean, you have the hero in Soarret, who is inspired by Batman, and the villain in Maraudhog, who is LITERALLY a supervillain!

I was going to say that I loved Rattenking the best but than I saw Alcapoos... And I have to say, now it is tie. The other designs are fine but those two really stood out for me the most. Great work from the artists.

Wow everything about this is genius. Rattenking should be dark/ghost, given the spirit quality of the myths and the fact that they're always found dead. Bibancho is incredible. They all are really. I'd only pronounce the pompadour here, so that its more forward facing and heavier, like in anime. Also, I feel like the sentret line doesn't need to be dark/flying. I think it could be dark/normal, but with an ability that gives it fly stab and several flying moves on its movelist. Or maybe keep dark/flying and give it aerialate. Idk. Greedant line is great. There's a black eastern grey squirrel population in Ohio too, to root the origin in.

Bibancho was amazing, but i actually think Gluttungus is my favorite design here. it really reminds me of Gigantamax Snorlax and Slaking, but just much more snide. and i don’t even like Skwovet/Greedent so you made it better

These were awesome! legit would be some of my favorite Pokemon if they were real! Minersby has such Dwarf energy i love them!

For the GEN six route rodents another way you could’ve gone with it since the normal form is based on construction and excavation they could’ve evolved into a demolition team that does the tunnels that the others make

Now I want to see a feud between an Alcapoos and a Bibancho! Alcapoos: Oh, you're approaching me? Instead of running away like a decent Pokémon should, you're walking towards me? Bibancho: I can't beat the spoot out of you if I don't come closer.

One thing I love about these fan-made evolutions, is how they feel they could become an official Pokemon for a future installment. The rattenking could be much like Ursaring’s hisuian evolution Ursaluna or bisharp’s new evolution Kingambit, something new for fans to acquire in the next installment of Pokémon.

I'd love if raticate's evolution was named eradicate and had ghost/dark typing it would look so good.

I actually prefer "Route 1 Beast" to route 1 rodent. It just makes more sense to call them beasts than rodents and I know that you tackled that in the video, but I just wanted to clarify that.

Rattenking might be the coolest thing I've ever seen, would make the ratata line worth using. (Dunno if its just the reason I'm german, if it reminds me of twitch from league of legendens or just the way it looks, i just love it)

I love all of them so much! Including This little vigilantes. And I especially love the new Bidoof line. If it was real I would name mine Mondo.

So, on the design I love a lot of them. But my 2 favorites would have to be Rattenking (Who's not only terrifying, but also reminds me of Ratigan from the Great Mouse Detective), and Alcapoos (Who's face reminds me of Mr.Boss from Kids Next Door and looks like a total powerhouse just like Kingpin). In game note you have a lot of the either evolving at night or around lv 30/35. Just because they're dark types doesn't mean all of them have to evolve at night also for some of them; I feel lvls 30/35 are too low. Rattenking (at night becaue it still works for him), Alcapoos (while holding an amulet coin), and Minersby (in cave still works) they feel like lvls 40/50 would be the safe lvl. Not only showing their dedication, but also showing how dangerous they really. As wild lvl 40-50 pokemon are terrifying to a travel who just traveled the wrong path out of curiosity or just bad luck. For Soarret it feels like it needs to know at least 1 flying type move before it can evolve so in their move list have Sentret able to lean Floaty Fall and Furret able to learn Acrobatics or Bounce. Then if it has at least one of these moves around lvl 30/35 it evolves into Soarret. Lastly is of course Bibancho while still okay to evolve around almost any lvl (at any time) you're not a yankee if you can't fight. So Bibancho's requirement should be that it has to have competed in at least 20 battles with pokemon of the same lvl or higher. So that way they're getting tough and proof they're the top yankee. But these are just my ideas if these EVOs were ever implemented IRL.

All the art here was amazing and the inspirations with them, the dark Bidoof line was my favorite I have a really stupid idea: Diglett and/or Dugtrio of every type EDIT: Holy comment section Soarett, he actually did it EDIT TWO: I looked at Minersby’s beard upside down and I can’t I unsee it now Do it and suffer with me

The sentret and furret look like little supervillains and i can’t get enough of it. Same with soarret.

My fakemon region is gonna give almost all of the regional rodents new evos (not evolving from regional variants). These guys are used by a member of the Elite Four whose ace is a new Raticate Evo. Yes I'm making Youngster Joey an Elite Four member

Hey magik I just wanted to say I'm making a region based on the south east of the US and I'm using the concept of light and dark.

you should do this for other groups of pokemon with at least one member in every game

rat king works but raticate dex entry is meant to be a mafia boss, to correlate it to Gumshoes

I saw a video of Pokemon Legends Celebi and one the regional variant of Litleo was a fire and ice type so can you a Litleo of every type next.

I Love these especially Soarret! Rattrnking very cool as well! My grandpa owned a coal weight station and I currently raise rabbits I love the combination into the mining Pokémon.

I would imagine that t if you do not evolve your dark Yonguse in a certain amount of time, you would loose it, along with several items from your backpack, while the evolutions would have the ability to take away items from your opponent's defeated pokemon, or one from your own team if you take them to battle without a held item🤯😃

"but how would it see? or hear?" simple: i doesn't. instead, Soarret develop an new sensory organ. well, new for this species of Pokémon. the organ is called the Ampullae of Lorenzini. it's what Hammerhead Sharks and Platypodes use to sense electrical fields. you could call this, Extrasensory. the rest are good. especially Bibancho
