Cute video my St Bernard gets up the same time I do. She wants outside to do her business then it's breakfast for her. After her breakfast I take her for a walk. That is my morning for me. I really enjoy my do this is my first Saint Bernard and i really love this breed.
What you should plan is once in his lifetime before he gets to old take him to a snowy place in india and live there for a week or two. That would be awesome for him and us to watch the happines he would feel in his own environment.
I also had a saint Bernard....! His name was marshall. He died because he was aged and was also suffering from osteoarthritis...! He used to wake me up.. I really miss those mornings..! I really loved your dog's face when he woke up.. Hope your will also live a healthy and happy life☺️!
Don't give him loads of food!! Overweight St Bernard's have problems with their joints, and overfeeding can create digestive problems like Bloat, don't let your dog get much over 55 kilo's as over feeding can reduce your dogs life by many years. Wildly Indian, please groom your dog, if the hair gets matted, then trim off the matted lumps, if they are groomed correctly and the hair which sheds naturally every 6 months is groomed out they will be a much happier dog.
haha vry nice bro bhaut vdya shoot keta tsi i have same sant barnard Dog he is also doing same things bt hair dalls bhaut hunda can u take any sollution bro
Hey .....I recently found Ur channel and subbed ....I too wanna have a pet n my parents are ready for it too the only problem is they r working n I go to college so will the pet stay alone for long? Should I get one....? Pls ans dis:-|
These huge breeds of dogs sure are very cute but they don't belong in India.. They need big spaces and cooler environment. I think you know this too dude. I love seeing people hanging out with their Huskies and Bernards (and such breeds) but then i get sad because they aren't getting the conditions best suited for them.
Bro I just need your help I am owning a 8months old Pitbull from his first owner as they say that they are unable to take care of it so I said I will keep the dog but I later realised that it is a grown up Pitbull it can harm me and my family needly need your suggestions
I live in a small apartment in Mexico with a Belgian Sheperd and a Saint Bernard. The space is not ideal, sure, but that's where I live, and I actually adopted her cuz her owner didn't want her anymore. So it wasn't in my plans to move to a bigger house since I own the apartment. However, even though they are lazy dogs and sleep most part of the day, they do need plenty of exercise, although not intense. That being said, when I adopted her I read everything I could from reliable sources about caring for the breed, cuz both my dogs do not have the same needs. So I make sure she goes out four times a day. Both dogs go on a short walk early in the morning to the bathroom. Then a little later we go to the dog park for about an hour where they can run and play with other dogs. I always go at the same time since they already have their friends they always play with. Then after lunch I take them for a 20 min walk so they can go to the bathroom again and stretch their paws. And finally, before I go to sleep we go to another 30-40min walk. The rest of the day she sleeps or plays with the other dog. Now, mine is very active but not all are, but you still have to make them exercise. They also do better if you are with them at home at least half of the day, they will become anxious and destroy things and become depressed if they are alone at home all day long. They do not do well living outside, they do have to be inside with the rest of the family. Also they do better if you have at least one more dog so they can play and feel they have some company... My advice to you, regardless of the size of the house or apartment where you live, look at the availability you have to actually spend time with the dog, look at your finances to see if you can afford to feed them (they do eat a lot), to give them vitamins to avoid hip displacia and other things like that, money for grooming cuz most likely you won't have a comfortable and appropriate place to bath them in a small apartment, even training cuz sometimes they have difficult personalities. Money for vaccines and all the vet related stuff. Toys cuz they destroy everything. And make sure you are not bothered by a dirty place, cuz as much as you try to keep them 100% clean, it is 100% impossible. They drool, keep dust in their fur and tail, everytime they drink water they will leave everything around it wet, and their dog bowl like look grows after they eat. So yea, do some research, see if it's something that works for you, family, finances, temperament, space, time, etc and then make the decision. Not just for a Saint but for any breed really, each one has their own needs. Good luck!
