The producers made the beats and found/made the type of feel Rocky was looking for, but a large part of actually curating the body of work and the artistic direction is in rockys hands. Though this particular project has a massive yams influence, at the end of the day, the overall feel/vibe is Rocky's taste/choice. Ya get me?

"Wavybone" is missing one sample. "Could I Be Falling in Love" by Syl Johnson. The vocals of the chorus is sampled. One thing I love about that song is that the Michels Affair version is an instrumental cover of the Wu-Tang song, which also samples the same Syl Johnson song. Wavybone mixes both the original track and the instrumental rendition into a new beat.

this is better than Live Love ASAP, people who prefer Live Love ASAP need to understand that the while Rocky probably rapped better on that record, lyrically he's way more mature on ALLA and the production is way more cohesive and impressive. ALLA has a theme... Live Love ASAP is just a solid rap mixtape that doesn't give you any emotions at all imo

Rocky sampled "Baby I Wonder" by Max B and named the song title after Max B. The artist he sampled is incredibly underrated and does not get the credit he deserves.
