You missed 507 and 963. 507 was mentioned by Connor to be a former roommate who would randomly jump dimensions at random times and no one knew exactly when he’d reappear making discussions an issue, which matches up with him. SCP 963, the necklace worn by Dr Bright, or rather the man himself is referenced by Connor’s psychiatrist who says something akin to “as long as you aren’t some mind reading wizard trying to steal my body”, which refers to Dr Bright’s list of things he isn’t allowed to do, including claiming to read minds and also that “Hogwarts” and “wand” incident.

Considering Connor’s anomaly, he’d likely be a very valuable asset and likely treated well outside of tests. I mean a D-class that reincarnates with all memories intact? Can give one heck of an insight into more dangerous SCPs.
Looking at Conner's treatment throughout the series so far, his therapy sessions, as well as hanging out with her and his friends, are when he's being treated the best. Other than that, most of the researchers at his site, as well as the site director, treat him like shit.

I really love the SCP world... It's amazing! But, what makes me sad it's the little amount of translations for other languages... I'am a Brazilian, and it's very difficult sometimes to undestand certain entrys... But, on other hand, that really help me to learn english!

That's not a handbell, that is probably meant to represent SCP-513 which is a rusty cowbell. SCP digit names that I don’t know but seen: Donut, Key to a door, Door leading to forest and a tree wolf, endless hall, Crystal that freezes people, Crystal butterflies, stairwells or staircase, Ants in a cake, red crystal.
Crystal that freezes people is SCP-409 and crystal butterflies is SCP-553 and the door that leads to a forest is actually opened with SCP-860 Which is the actuall scp. RED CRYSTAL IS SCP 009
