The one thing this video stands out from the rest is that there isnt even a mockup of normality. Shit starts getting real in the first ten seconds, and it doesnt stop until the end. It feels way longer than twenty seconds in a good way, and Im pretty sure you could become physically tired if it was 15+ minutes. (in fact i was so invested i had doodoofeces in my pants 😮) Keep up with the dynamic in following videos, it is what makes your videos unique!
Noooo it’s witewally liminal with no jumpscares even though there’s a point where it loudly runs at the screen screaming instillmsay there’s no jumpscares but obviously there’s no jumpscares!
@dev0hh it's insane how many people hate "the LAMESTREAM CHEAP FAST-BURN JUMPSCARE INFESTED" zeitgeist of horror while consuming the same stuff but VHS-flavored
@@bwife3 nah never seen it, but I’m talkin the general design archetype of a demon or entity that’s purely pitch black for one reason or another with a habit of starring I assume this Boiled One follows a similar design?
You know what? Time to unearth the tomb of the unspeakable classic horror. Slenderman and Herobrine shall rise from the grave again just so people know what's good
Don't forget that it does vague and intentionally unexplained things to maybe kill you!!!!!!!!¡!?!! And you can't hurt it because it invisinicible just like in the $4.99 steam game!!!!!!¡!!!!!!!!¡??!¡
@@rianmela3825 It's like everyone wants to copy The Thing but nobody wants to find a way to make it as morbidly fascinating or cool as the concept of the movie was; just make a bullshit monster that rips off the Mandela Catalog and call it a day
That’s literally what I thought the first time I saw this cartoon, maybe a year ago. In fact, I’m pretty sure the pencil pusher cog literally says “I’m gonna rub you out”. (Which happens later in the cartoon)
@@ZombieGangster yeah it really pisses me off, at least look into the mythology behind it or something instead of throwing the word around, “mimic” or “doppelgänger “ work just fine
@@ZombieGangster I mean skin walker as in a mimic of some sort I agree though it’s annoying having them be called that and have nothing to do with Western Native American legends
@@Boltscrap that trope works on me and I’m mad about it, they really should utilize music more instead of relying on “OAOAOAOOOAOOOO EERIE SILENCE OoOoOoOo”
@@Tng-o391 if i remember correctly daffy duck passes out while reading a dick tracy comic and he becomes duck tracy, so he investigates a bunch of stolen piggy banks and runs into this cast of characters

Oh yeah? Well my character Mrs.PeepeeAnimatronic(TM) is actually god itself and and and it killed god or or or it dethroned god plus plus plus god never existed in the first place!?!?! you've been worshipping Mrs.PeepeeAnimatronic this whole time!!!!!!! ☝️🤓
"Detective daffy tracy body wad not found, the autorites are trying to find the responsible for this the responsible for this the responsible for this the responsible for this this this this *glitche picture of neon noodle getting inside the policeman house*
This cartoon skit that could be coming up on like sixty years old now is still hilarious to this day. A bunch of weird trivial bad guys all lining up and having their names announced with a building fear and shock from the protagonist is just such a great bit.
@@pancakes590nah they very clearly get it. Dick Tracy and all private dick comics who tried to copy him were filled with ridiculously named villains like Prune Face
This reminds me of the usual "here are the villains for this arc" introduction shots they always do in One Piece, except Daffy defeats them all in the following scene.
Analog Horror back then: Interesting Monsters/Entity's with some that have depth to them. Creative stories with originality. Passionate Creators that know what they're doing. Analog Horror now: Generic monster or entity designs. Bland stories that are copied from other stories. Scummy Creators who are just doing it for the money and have no clue on what to do with they're media. Yeah analog horror is slowly becoming mascot horror games but video form now lol.
@@mythical5292yeah, there's one episode where there's this white outline of a face and it's talking to a kid or something. I don't remember the context, it's been a while lol
I love analoguehorror and how it’ll be like “I found these original lost training manuals for Bucky Bee’s a company that existed from 1815 - 1820 on an old manuscript, an iphone 11 and a dusty hologram.”
@@Spoon_cool-s7x Because the squatting toilet, which Japan used for the longest time, was often seen as this dark, foreboding pit that nothing could ever return from.
We actually see him try to constrict Daffy with his neon noodle body only to be rearranged into an Eat at Joe’s sign. Still put up more of a fight than like 95% of the cast.
For those wondering, this Looney Tunes episode is called "The Great Piggy Bank Robbery". It's an amazing Daffy Duck cartoon that I highly recommend watching.
It’s extremely ironic that people who shit on mascot horror and call it kiddy and not scary end up creating the most cliche edgelord garbage and saying it’s peak horror.
Nah they gotta be way specific like “it’s a crab that has tentacles and it doesn’t actually do anything but be careful, if you feed it peanut butter at 9 o clock it will get really big and scream really loud.” Or something
It's creepypastas all over again. There were some real stinkers back then that gained too much popularity like Jeff the Killer and especially Sonic.exe.
Folks forgot those sucked. :v I like the new Sonic.EXE thing I've seen where it looks more like a game that's being controlled by a "dark entity" rather than just "evil hedgehog", though.
@@jackpijjin4088 I still don't get why Sonic.exe is so popular with the Friday Night Funkin modding community. At least he found a demographic that generally likes him (no matter how much I still don't get why) unlike Jeff, who was emblematic of everything wrong with creepypastas at the time. You know he's bad when even the creepypasta wiki deleted his original story, and a remake was written but it didn't fare much better proving that his entire concept was shit. I remember watching John Wolfe's videos on him and half the time it was John taking the piss out of him.
@@jackpijjin4088 The best of the "hijacked video game" copypasta stories is Myhouse.wad, because all the supernatural stuff is mostly implied through the literature, the playable map simulates the idea of a haunted game well through an extremely deft mastery of modern Doom modding techniques, and it leaves the most thorough players with more questions than answers by the end.
i wanted to write a satire obnoxious comment about how this is peak horror because of the lack of jumpscares or some shit like that but I’ll have someone else do it for me
"I'm gonna introduce the monster by posting videos out of order and give out its name in Morse Code so the viewer can go through all the extra 30 seconds of trouble to figure the it out. yea, that'll get those theory channels talking..."
@@Totallynotredtail LMAOOO, legit though I love gemini home entertainment, I just feel like everyone else is wearing out the evil talking planet trope tho 😭
@@Totallynotredtail I search up alot of this kinda crap, and believe it or not, in the depths of the internet, there actually lurks a TON, there’s an anubis one that has it sort of, vita carnis is actually sort of like that as well ( depending on how you at the whole “The vita carnis is the earth’s way of healing itself” thing ), then there was also “local 38,” which probably started the trope with the whole “don’t look at the moon, the moon is evil, planet bad rah” thing, but Local 58 came out a long time before any of them, so it probably started the whole trope, but Gemini Home Entertainment did it best tbh
THANK YOU This has literally bugged me for years The charm of "Replace-subtle-body-part-with-ordordinary-object" OR "Fuse-a-dude-entirely-with-a-random-object" kinda dried up a while ago
Just realized there's an error in Snake Eye's dice: It ain't official. If you look closely, the numbers on the side of the dice are five and three. If it were a real or official die, it would have either a five and two or four and three, because each opposite side of each die equals seven. Tl;dr Snake Eyes cheats
Trevor henderson is a lot more talented, varied and well studied/practiced, though. He still posts incredible pieces that maintain effective levels of horror. They're detailed and require a much longer process.
@@koy5902 trevor henderson is a hack. mediocre photoshop of monsters that appeal to 5 year olds. his creatures are fking lame. guy comes across really pretentious and self-impressed, too.

How to instantly kill your creepypasta/indie horror: - it's demons or angels - it's a cult - it's a piece of indigenous folklore - it's vampires - it's an alien empire
-It's a sentient microbe -It's a sentient cartoon character (bonus if it's angry at being forgotten) -It's an misanthropic A.I. -Episode hijacks/possessions
How to instantly get Wendigoon to talk about your creepypasta/indie horror: - it's demons or angels - it's a cult - it's a piece of indigenous folklore - it's vampires - it's an alien empire
Bro just dissed Silent Hill, Hereditary, Dracula, literally every piece of folklore ever. The other guy above me had it right, its all about the execution of the concept. And even if all horror never involved cults or demons or vampires or whatever, then whatever is remaining would just be done to death as well, and get old. I'm not saying all stories involving these concepts are inherently good but this is just getting mad picky. What next, death is gonna get overdone in horror so people can't die and if they do it isn't scary anymore?
Frankly the broken record trope tends to turn my usual anger when people repeat things into anxiety, as it sort of elicits the audio version of the uncanny valley effect. But yeah it can get annoying 😭😭😭
To be fair, the Wolf Man is a horror entity. He's one of the most famous classic horror movie monsters of all time alongside Dracula and the Frankenstein's Monster.
