Fun fact: toms job throughout the entire series, was not to kill jerry, but to pretend to chase him down and act as if he was trying to catch him to make his owners happy, and prevent them from beating him. When deep inside, he wanted to protect him.
My cat’s eyes also glow in the dark, but mostly when viewed from one particular angle. And only when there is light coming out of the door into the dark room. And her eyes glow with yellow-ish orange and not with creepy red.
7:33 Government: "There has been sightings of a tall creature that is attracted to static and alarms" Also Government: *Plays an alarm during the alert*
In the show there's an episode where jerry created a drink that turns him really strong,in the end tom drank the drink and almost become a giant and powerful but the potion failed and made him really small instead,i have a theory that tom succeeded in making the drink and made him into a giant, which is why we see the emergency in the end
If Tom wasn't an already warped enough toon from our laws under a closer deduction, even here in a grounded setting... He is now with the power of the strongest feline in the animal kingdom with a size like that. You won't be able to outrun him, nor overpower... Even worse is that it's highly intelligent enough to evade, amongst other implicating factors. This also goes for the Cat in the Hat, which is a WORSER ordeal entierly given he acts more of a cryptid... But you already know what he can do... Right? And I am NOT referring to the more abrasive version from Mike Myers, just the canonical one would be terrifying enough... Upon a closer deduction: *What will you do if a reality warper saw you?*
I liked this analog horror , indeed it is very original and I like the detail that you can interpret that the one who is behind the video is the same who survived the incident making it more realistic
It was in one of the episodes of the newer Tom and Jerry. Tom and Jerry Tales, if I remember correctly. Yeah, that episode had me creeped the hell out.
I don't like pissing on someone elses parade, i really don't, but this is on the level of those old creepypastas from the 2010's that everyone thought were cringe. Just because you put a little stock VHS effect over some text doesn't automatically make it scary any more than adding blood and black eyes to an animated character does. Not that the idea of a cartoon cat monster can't work. After all, we have an entire Cartoon Cat entity that got popular a few years ago. And Tom & Jerry had some disturbing ideas in it, like Tom literally dying and going to heaven only to be denied entry. But you gotta do something more than add blood and static to make something creepy. I really liked the idea that Tom's eyes glow in the dark, like a cats eyes should, and that he would probably be nearly indestructible due to cartoon logic, but i can't see anything here that i haven't seen a hundred times before over the last decade of watching mid internet spooks. Good luck in your future endeavours.
I just wanna say these comments are the ones that I want to see, you’re not pissing on my parade at all so don’t say that. You are simply just being honest that this isn’t that good. I agree and this was never supposed to receive this much attention, I really want to remake this because some parts make no sense AT ALL. I’m making my own analog horror and I want to put as much effort possible into it, and make sure it makes sense.
@@Da-Homies Well now you've got me interested. Great things come from people with your kind of attitude. I'll glady stick around to witness what you can achieve 🧡
If tom is the giant tall cat is there a possibility that he was also a changling? I mea that person or supernatural creature always pop up in a second . They seem similiar
Tbh I think the creature seen dumping the body bag and then showed up in MC’s house maybe possessed tom, Also the morse code that said “”satan is coming”” so we can infer maybe before that tape tom wasnt possessed but when tom became sick that was the first sign of “”satan”” possessing him.
@@TheOddDog0007 right because there some fatal things happening to Tom like there were times he was killed by fireworks, trains you name it and the fact he’s completely ok afterwards says a lot almost like he was granted immortality after “satan” possessed him
This had me thinking about the Simpsons episode where Scratchy finally kills Itchy. Bart and Lisa are excited to see it but one of the nerds staying at their house unplugs the TV because he needed that outlet for something else. Maybe that nerd did Bart and Lisa a favor.
Heres my theroy Jerry is supposed to represent Mrs Mammy and Tom is a supposed to represent a Murderer so "Tom" has been stalking and hiding in her house waiting for the Right moment to kill her and he killed many other people and the police dont believe him because he sees them as a Cat & Mouse while looking through their Window but when hes inside the House and when he got invited over for Dinner thats why he didnt see Tom or Jerry but it was Actually Mrs Mammy and when he says that Tom was taken to a "Shetler" it was Actually Prison and "Tom" broke out of prison because he was a highly dangerous Criminal and he is a Nationwide convict in the Usa so they issued a Alert to Everyone in the country. (Also this may not be Canon but idk in this ARG and this theory is just for fun).
"There have been reports of a tall creature attracted to static and alarms" Proceeds to blare an alarm through the soundwaves for the creature to hear I get goverments are incompetent no matter where you go but shit, that's new
"The intruder left but he co7ld still be in my house. So instead of grabbing my phone and alerting authorities, I grabbed my old ass camera in 2024 and followed the enemy." 🤦🏾♂️
I think the concept is pretty promising, i love the concept of having to deal with a cartoony monster that defies the laws of physics like Tom would. That being said this suffers from a lot of the same basic horror tropes found in A LOT of analog horror videos nowadays. It honestly gives me 2010 creepypasta vibes which i really like for nostalgia purposes but as an actual Analog horror it falls short. Would honestly see a remake of this if you ever revisited the concept though
Wait you called 911 and you told them that a cat killed a mouse with a knife (the clip that was used was Tom hitting Jerry on the head with a spoon btw) and the police came right away? I'm sorry but even if this was a horror movie police NEVER show up till the end and even in a horror movie police never believe the person that's calling about something so random as a mouse being killed by a cat with a knife. The person that made that call would have either been hung up on or had men in white coats bringing a white jacket to take the caller away
I read somewhere years ago police have to go out to any call made to 911 even if its obviously a prank. I've never been a cop so I don't know how true that is though
@@lightningrose3654 not if it's a call about two animals fighting, let's say I call the police and the dispatcher is on the line, they ask you if you need police then ask you the reason for the police if it's something like me and my neighbor arguing they literally won't show up ,they'll tell me to call back if my neighbor is either trying to get into my house or is literally 5 feet away from me holding a weapon. Calling them about something like what's in this video the cops aren't even gonna bother sending even one cop to your house because it's considered a prank call
I was hoping someone said this, so I tried to do that but for some reason it wouldn’t work, I used CapCut, but I’ll try to figure that out next time I do something like this. Thank you for telling me.
Yeah not to take credit away from the creator, but this wasnt that...good. most of the time it was text and one or two grammar errors. That by itself definitely broke immersion for me
Had no idea this was a series and I just watched this. This is really good for a channel that's not that well known! I'm guessing your use of "Run Rabbit Run" is a nod to "No Through Road"?
This was really cool! One small critique I’d give is the phrase often used in filmmaking “show more tell less.” A little less text would be good. Well done nonetheless
Seriously? Take this as a very very constructive criticism, to the person who made this video, you really really need to work on it. The story is all over the place and too many things are happening at once, you need to take it slow and steady.
@@austerplay47 perfectly fine. People can make things for fun still, That's the one thing people forget to remember. Passion projects are always fun, they don't need to be polished, it's like a special rock that you find along a stream, it's Dusty and it's not perfectly colored or round, but you like it, because it's your rock. And this is your video made the way that you like it, and that's all that matters.
Great video, but consider removing the ominous humming ambience. Despite being obviously ominous, it gives comfort to the scene. If you leave the viewer in silence with no background noise, it leaves them anticipating something to happen and makes anything you throw on screen 10x more intense. The last 10-15 secs at the end after the EAS mentioned the monster, the screen faded to black, and the ominous humming stopped, I was on the edge of my seat expecting something looming in the darkness.
5:48 was that a reference where there's an alternate universe that in the end of the story, garfield was about going to eat the grandma alive It gaves me a nightmare since i was a kid
4:15 If you think Tom looks bloated here it's because in the episode the pic was taken from He had just drank a jug of coffee to keep himself awake after pulling an all-nighter partying with his other cat buddies
