Weird how they went to the trouble of releasing Alexander Hugo with party hat and not regular Alexander, but I ain't one make a mountain out of a molehill. It's not like I can't just get a Victor Hugo and use it to make a custom Alexander

Hit and run aren’t Hugos. While they may look like them (and I believe some cars 3 background characters are) they aren’t canonically Hugos

Because in the movie, Mater states that Otis is a lemon. so he's a lemon but he's not part of the lemon crime group-hence why he was an honorable mention here
