@@AcornElectronThe 'literally' ship sailed about 10 years ago mate. You were far too late to take a stand against that. Try 'unironically'. Every moron learned that word this year 😂
Good job with this compilation, it's clear you really put the time in to make this video the best you possibly could, if only Miyazaki would follow your example and stop releasing such lazy shit games.
I think you are on to something here, someone should phone up From software and tell them I'm taking over developement for Elden Ring. Micheal Zaki has had his chance.
How awesome would it be if, in a future Miyazaki game, there is a character called something like 'Ridiculed warrior Finch' or 'Ostricized madman Finchy'?
Didn't realize how many times Rory and Gavin had a go at Michael Zaki! Though there is another bit you missed of the boys jabbing Michael in Retry's episode 10 of Dark Souls II at 18:24, where Rory accuses Michael of handing development to other people because he's too lazy.
Just Miyazaki sitting in his office watching an hour long video of three men slagging him off while his translator stands next to him translating every word
Turns out, it's not... I missed so many and since I made this there have been many more. Updated version will come in the future. 1 hour long at least I reckon
@@RuneBang LOL XD thanks for responded mate! I just found your channel with all the good RKG/PTT compilations. Love them. They just do this so often, and I know they're shorter bits, but like every single game and episode they have at least 1 or 2 jabs at good ol' Michael or Sean (from Resident Evil).
Ah I miss Prepare to Try... RKG doesn’t even have half the humor they used to have. Something about IGN made these absolutely bananas. Now they’re just too serious, and Rory never smiles anymore...
@@ChaosZeus999 yeah but their general humor is pretty much gone. I’m trying to figure out why because ever since they started RKG, they haven’t been on top of their game. Something about working at IGN made them truly hilarious. I think it has to do with the fact that they’re generally good friends now, so they don’t do each other or take the piss out of each other anymore. The seating arrangement isn’t as uncomfortable and as close as it was on IGN. Gav’s general demeanor is more excited for each game, whereas before he used to look bored sometimes and it made for some very hilarious Gav moments. Rory just stopped smiling and laughing all together and his eyes look insanely bloodshot. He used to have this sweet, childlike innocence in his face at the start of season 1. Now it just looks like he’s been on 3 tours and has seen the worst that humanity has to offer. Miss that old Rory with the happy-go-lucky attitude. Miss the old PTT...
@99quechua oh I didn’t know about his dad. Yeah I can see how that would definitely change things. But yes you’re absolutely right on many fronts. Krupa found the ragging on each other stressful, so they must’ve toned it down. Also, they had more job security working at IGN, so they felt very free to make their episodes as chaotic as possible because they weren’t monetized. Whereas now that they’re independent they gotta tip toe and be really careful, and so most of that insane humor might not even make the cutting board. After all, they make their money through RU-vid and through patreon. I’m pretty sure this whole concept terrifies them. They gotta feel like they have to be on their best behavior.
