Fun fact: Chris-Chan was supposed to be the voice of Puddle of Grease, but they couldnt afford to pay for another cameo after Chills so they opted against it. Afterwards, the situation with Chris-Chan and their mother happened so we were dangerously close to Puddle of Grease being seen in a very different light

I love the puddle so much but I also love that technically the puddle of grease did cause the death of Salty since he died of a heart attack caused by his high caloric intake lmao

The halloween episode was my favorite. 1. It was actually scary. 2. it was really funny.

Honestly I loved the episode where they go to Brazil because it's so relatable to how every one of our family vacations has gone.

3:45 actually, Salty died of a heart attack before any of the mascots attacked, so they were all innocent. But what caused the heart attack? GREASE!

I cannot understand how people consistently rank the halloween episode higher than any others. I love it too, but like, beyond being great horror and having a funny ending, not nearly as much happens in it, every other ep (besides brazil) fits so many more iconic quotes, characters, references, and jokes in.

I love how my list is quite different (except the Brazil episode), just shows how versatile these episodes are for different people! I can’t wait for season 2

The Brazil episode i can only describe as an homage to prime Seinfeld, it's another kind of humor, but the beauty of this shows is exactly this, being experimental and don't being afraid at being canceled, just like early seinfeld.

I've forced a specific group of friends to watch The Smiling Friends Go To Brazil 27 times for you to say it has no replay value is absurd. It's easily the best documentary about the perils of miscommunication during international travel and clearly you don't understand that. Anyway, great video, I subbed.

Amazing video, really well edited. Only one I disagreed with was how high the Halloween special was, On rewatch for me I already know the joke so it lessens the impact. And the episode really only has that one joke.

Shrimp’s Odyssey is unironically my favorite episode too. It helps that my favorite RU-vid animator and actor, David Firth, who created Salad Fingers, voiced Shrimp.

Every episode made me laugh, but my favorite is definitely Shrimps Odessey. The chills cameo caught me off guard. Me and my brother couldn't stop laughing, and than that dude coming out of the coat rack, and the school joke, and the gym scene. It was all so funny. The enchanted forest is my least favorite.

I just binged every episode of smiling friends and in my honest opinion the first episode is the best one and kinda overshadowed all the other episodes by a lot. Me and my gf laughed our asses off in the first episode but that kind of laughter didnt return in any other episode sadly.. Mr frog was kinda funny in the beginning but for some reason I didnt feel the other episodes which is ashame since I love that kind of absurd humor. I watched "Rick and Morty bushland adventures" multiple times and still laugh every time I watch it But needless to say, your video is amazing wuality even though I cant agree with you! The Brazil episode is one of my favourites, even on rewatches. IMO the halloween episode is way worse

This show is like the Adult Swim version of Uncle Grandpa, which I absolutely adored growing up, and still love. Absurd, random humor is my favorite kind and this show is the best at it that I’ve come across.

I disagree that it's perfectly paced because of our ADHD'd dopamined brains. I just watched Eyepatched Wolf's video on Simpsons and he talked about density of jokes in early seasons. In good nice-written pieces of comedy there was exactly 5 jokes for 5 seconds. I love Smiling Friends though. Hope this one will be a flagman of new era of animation. By the way I love Brazil episode. I wasn't bored and I felt so much relation for characters lol. Overall 1st season is 9/10

Shrimp's Odyssey is a weak episode that tries to play on the heartstrings of the viewer. CDADCB is the best episode followed by Desmond's big day out. Otherwise I agree with you on the rest. Mr Frog is particularly weak, so is WVMSSS?. Brazil is easily the worst episode by far.
