I remember when one of my friend and I was playing (we were like 12 or so and we were bored too) and we were playing with our invisible friends and we said let's team up so it was us vs. the invisible friends. We always made sure they got the bad cards while we got the good ones lol. The was during the winter time stuck in the house doing nothing so that was one way for me and my friend not to get bored😅😅. Unlike in real life, in Monopoly sometimes I like to sit in jail just to avoid paying high rent while I collect everyone else's money. I also like to joke to myself about how much I enjoy losing at dice while spending time in jail. XD
@@yodaflyz I do that sometimes too, but it's torture being in jail if you and someone else both want to buy something, because it's a matter of who lands there first.
True story, my friend's mom banned the whole family from having Monopoly in the house because they played with their grandma once and she "took it way too far"

When me and my family play it literally takes 4 hours and its filled with people having mood swings. One moment my brother is winning and super happy, the next moment almost crying because he has to pay a lot.
Yes, there might be one for each country ^^. But there are also themed ones : Pokemon, Harry Potter, Game of Thrones... And many more ! At home, I have also one for the Smoky Mountains (Tennessee, USA). There is one for every taste ^^.

In childhood, whenever my siblings and I got bored at our grandma's house we'd play Monopoly until someone lost in such a way that there was no way they could ever make any kind of a comeback. One time it spanned two days because we had to take frequent breaks so it didn't end in a fistfit.
In this video he got farther into the game then my family ever does. Someone is always throwing a big fit by the 3rd round of turns. All the monopoly sets we’ve played on are really beat up. The first one needed replacement pieces because someone started tearing any part of the set that they could. I just don’t play family monopoly anymore because it is always too short and ends in a tantrum and me having to clean up the whole thing. Anyone else have this problem or is it just me?

Try playing with two people. I usually play monopoly with just my sister and it goes by in about 4-6 hours. It's way more fun since neither one of us rage. Add one more person and it's a catastrophe.
Yeah that's me with monopoly, when I saw that I was like "wow that's so true." I played Ticket to Ride recently and I freaked out every time the little plastic trains were crooked.
I only found out recently that landing on Free Parking doesn't give you all the money everybody threw on the middle of the board - it does absolutely nothing. I'm never playing this game again. Great job on the video!
Monopoly is literally just a game to "pass time" and get angry and mess up ur family relationship not to mention the fact that u play 5 hours and stilll never finish it 😂😂😂😭😭

The heartbreak and shame when you start early,become a millionaire,own half the map,have tons of lucky rolls while the other person(Mostly your annoying sibling) hasn't started yet,has bad luck,doesn't even know how to play and yet manages to make you go bankrupt and win at the end.
