Fun fact: there are Ultraman shows/movie that are produced outside of Japan or made by a foreign company and distributed by Tsuburaya. Those are: Ultraman USA, Ultraman Great (Australia), Ultraman Powered (USA), and Ultraman Ribut (Malaysia). Most of these are the efforts of Tsuburaya trying to push Ultraman Internationally, and Ultraman Ribut specially was made as a collaboration between Les Copaque (Malaysia) and Tsuburaya (Japan)

My man complained about Ultraman Fighting "Dinosaur" will never not be funny. They are Kaijuu and the whole purpose of Ultraman is fighting Alien and Giant Monster. I don't think Ultraman suit you if you don't like such theme. Also, if you expect Ultraman to have better budget, don't because the studio broke itself trying to made just one show lol

In the Ultraman series, monsters (KAIJU) are primarily depicted as beings that cause harm to the earth and humanity, and are not "dinosaurs." First of all, it's a space monster. Ultraman and his friends are fighting to protect the Earth and humanity from "KAIJU". It's not like we're playing giant pro wrestling for no reason. Well, in the first place, people outside of Japan only watch the opening song without seeing the main story, so maybe it's inevitable that they would have this kind of reaction.

The Dinosaur looking things you see in the openings are the Kaiju (Monster) that Ultraman fought. I will name some of the most iconic Kaiju or Aliens in the Ultraman franchise: Gomora, Baltan, Zetton, Red King, King Joe, Alien Melfilas, Eleking, Tyrant, Ace Killer, Yapool, Dorako, Dada, Telesdon, Neronga, Golza, and Bemular. If you're new to the Ultraman franchise. I highly recommend watching either Ultraman Z, Ultraman Blazar, or Ultraman Arc. Or you can watch the Netflix movie: Ultraman Rising. If you're afraid that you have to watch the very first Ultraman show to understand the lore and stuff. Don't worry you don't really need to since alot of the Ultraman shows takes place in their own seperate continuity and timeline (especially in the recent Ultraman show). So don't worry if there's any LORE you're missing out. It's really only when in the New Generation Era they started doing the whole Multiverse thing. There are also a ton of movies, spin-off, specials, etc. But that's a whole another thing and i recommend just watching the mainline shows first before delving into that stuff. The Ultras usually fight Earth Monsters (or also called Ancient Monsters), Space Monsters, Creatures from other Dimensions, Robots, Almost near impossible to kill Monsters/Aliens, and so many flipping Aliens. I'm not lying to you there is alot of Aliens in the Ultraman franchise. There's like at least 200+ Kaijus and Aliens in the Ultraman franchise, it's insane just how many there are. It's also really cool to see most of them have their own unique design and powers. Tsuburaya clearly put alot of effort and time into the Ultraman franchise. There's a reason why this franchise is still going strong!

Ultraman main summary is that they are giant alien made of light merging with a human like Venom from Marvel but, as a giant alien. Some Ultra can just turn into human themselves. Main early/showa universe ultras are from M78 land of light, an alien race that is similar to human evolve into giants after they created their own sun after their original sun exploded. Ultras are op, easily surviving nukes that can destroy 1/3 of japan from the map. To reality bending. The first Ultraman also create a star. Later series focus on ultras from other universe. Tiga is an ancient Lovecraft 30 million year old being of light. Dyna(sequel to Tiga) is a human evolve into Ultra and he later merge with his son/the mc to save his life. Gaia is the manifestation/embodiment of the planet Earth. Cosmos is a half god. Nexus IS a GOD(multiversal+ in the novel). Max can clone himself to 100+ clones of himself, turn himself to 300 meter tall and 900 meter in the last episode, and have energy sword piercing the orbit. Ultra Galaxy Mega Monster Battle is basically MC is an alien(not an ultra) that can control kaiju like pokemon. Ultraman and Ultraseven made a cameo in the episode, Ultraman at season 1, and Ultraseven in season 2. Ginga and Victory can infinitely grow in size. Ginga is a show where the company is back from almost going bankrupt so if the cgi is bad, now you know why. X final boss is a void humanoid monster that is "emptiness"/Void in space itself given form. Orb final boss is a star eater, literally said in the series that the final boss is going to devours the planet. Geed is a clone/son of a evil Ultraman named Belial(final boss of Geed show). Belial also almost blow up the universe of Geed, so yeah. Sin of the father. R/B is two Ultraman that is a siblings. Blazar is a alien caveman that has the strength to push the moon back into orbit from hitting the Earth.

in these recent series is a choice for Tsuburaya for having many form of ultra man but reuse previous kaijuu (monster) or just having 2 - 3 form but many new kaijuu that refreshing to see

The purpose of Ultraman is pretty much Giant beings fighting for peace across the universe and beyond which does also mean crossing paths with aliens and especially Kaiju, some of which are just as iconic as the Ultras. In addition, the philosophy behind the design of most Kaiju are pretty much meant to be mix of extraterrestrial and ancient, hence why you think they look like dinos. On a personal note, I don't think Ultraman is the right franchise for you based your dislike of "giant dinosaurs waving their hands around." Also, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, structure your videos correctly. There's no intro and outro as well as your overall thoughts. I also know that some of the OPs had to be cut out due to copyright but a small warning prior would have been nice.

For those in need to know, in Ultra Q episode 1, the company used a Godzilla suit and added extra prosthetics (horns for example, also shaved down the spinal scales as another example) because I think some members of company who created this amazing franchise were friends with Toho (just guessing) and also I have actually watched the Ultraseven series, both versions, it paved the way for so many but I really enjoyed the Ultraman Leo opening 1 but a lot of these openings are really good, glad you got that done👍.

However, it's a shame that during the "Great Monster Battle", they seem to be making fun of the battle between monsters, calling it a ridiculous, disgusting, and unwatchable video. I don't even know why monsters are fighting each other. Also, during the "Great Monster Battle", you said that Ultraman didn't appear, but you didn't look at the video carefully. The character "Rei", who is the main character in the story, transforms into "Reymon" (a gigantic semi-Ultraman-type hero) and can be seen at 36:08 and 37:31 in your video. .

Have you ever heard of "Kaiju" Before? The creatures you see in some of the openings are not Dinosaur or Godzilla. They're Kaiju/Giant Monster. Also you didn't realize Ultraman was a giant humanoid alien? Cause it seems like you have no idea what Ultraman really is or look like until Powered Opening. Maybe do some research before watching some Ultraman content. And also (this has been bothering me) It's really annoying to see people calling some of the Kaiju "Godzilla" Because it's clearly not. If you see a Giant Monster that walks on two legs and stand up right it doesn't automatically means it's Godzilla or a Knockoff of Godzilla. Godzilla design is literally so recognizable, all you need to know he has dorsal plates. Stop calling some of the monsters Godzilla people!!! (or non Ultraman fan).
