They are also doing a Batman Manga called Justice Buster and had created the design of the Iron Suit Figures of Spider Man and Wolverine. And they have also made a Kamen Rider Doujin that re-imagines the Showa Riders in modern times.
There are three types of protagonists in Ultramen series. The first ones are "Hosts". They typically are people who sacrificed their lives to save others - which earned the Ultramen's admiration for their bravery and thus they chose them as their hosts. Ultramen live within the Hosts so they could safeguard the planet as they blended in human society. When the need arises, the Hosts would activate transformation and the Ultramen take over. Example: the original Ultraman, Ultraman Jack and Ultraman Z. The second ones are humans who happened to encounter an Ultraman relic by chance and, through fate, connected with the Ultraman. These types have varied backstories (guy himself could be the Ultraman's reincarnation, or that the guy had gone through tribulation and earned the power of becoming an Ultraman from a source). These types of protagonists would transform into the Ultramen - not swapping in and out of existence. This means that even after the transformation, they become the Ultraman instead of being "possessed" by Ultramen. Example: Ultraman Tiga, Ultraman Orb, Ultraman Nexus. The third type are the Ultramen camouflaged as humans. They took the form of a human so they could blend in human society. Some of them already had a "human form" so all they did was just changing forms; some, however, took the appearance of a recently deceased human (usually the appearance of a brave person who died saving someone). Example: Ultraseven, Ultraman Leo and Ultraman Mebius.
A bit of clarification, ultraman itself is an alien from another planet that bonds to a human so they can live on earth as the ultraman body isn't able to stay on earth for longer than 5 minutes. There are some cases where humans become ultramen without the need of the alien like most from tiga onwards with w few exceptions like taiga, Z, blazar (which has now finished the series so you missed 1 transformation) and possibly this years Ultraman Arc (which i think you should react to the trailer for)

For anyone who has no idea who Ultraman is. They're basically an alien from planet called Nebula M78. There are some who lives from other planets and some who's origin are unknown. Also most of the shows, movies, and other spin off series and have some sort of connection with each other. (Basically almost everything is canon). I recommend watching Ultraman Z or an Ultraman Show that has English Dub to get you started watching the Ultraman franchise. But honestly it doesn't matter which era or show you started watching. All of them are equally amazing in on their own.

The Netflix ultraman is considered a sequel to the original ultraman series. It's a modern day retelling of life after the giant of light left. That's why it's armor because they don't grow and no giant battles. Ribut is the live action version of the Malaysia anime and the gold ultra beside him was glitter trigger eternity. All the scenes of the ultras transforming is called rise.
Just for clarification, The Netflix Series Ultraman is an adaptation of the manga that explores a What-if about humans learning to fend for themselves after the the original Ultraman stops protecting them. That's why they no longer become giant, because the suits are all man-made and the story no longer involves actual Ultras. The manga debuted in 2011 so it actually predates a lot of modern Ultras and explains why they look Iron Man-esque since Iron Man had just become a pretty big deal world wide a couple of years prior.
a bit sad Shin Ultraman got copyrighted so it is hard to see that he is the first actual fully CGI Ultraman in a live action movie and tbh i think you should check the movie out with it being a remake of the original 1966 Ultraman following some early concept design and story beat

I explained this in a previous comment on the opening video but Ultraman has a human host when on Earth( the original 1966 series had Ultraman save a human named Shin Hayate from a spaceship crash and in return Ultraman bonded to him),His host however is a seperate person with his own personality who switches places with Ultraman to fight when it's time using the Henshin device called the beta capsule( or another device depending on the series, UltraSeven and Leo use Glasses and Rings for example), however in other ultra series the Ultra person and their host are more linked with each other in mind and body
The seven Ultra Brothers: The first is basically a space cop who decided to defend Earth from invaders and monsters. Zoffy is his boss. Ultra Seven was a military scout who was mapping our galaxy and decided to stay and help Earth. What we know of Ultraman is that they came from Nebula M78 where they a a being of light. Every Ultraman have similar plot as how they arrived on earth. Example: one of the Ultraman kinda collides with a task force pilot and in order to save him, the Ultraman bind himself with the pilot (like Venom and Eddie) and he'll gain an item (a capsules) that can turn him into Ultraman whenever but they'll can took on as Ultraman on earth atmosphere for a few minutes. Some Ultra live rent free within the host, some forfeited their life to permanently bond with the host 2:03, some Ultra became human just because. Most of the Ultra are selfless in nature. UltramanTiga was like a revise of the Ultraman in order to reintroduced new gen kids to Ultraman after a long hiatus. There are some Ultra you watch in this video who has fusioning with other Ultra as their main concept except of a special form. That included Orb and Geed who combine 2 other Ultra powers, and Z combining 3. The video seems to be only working on their main form. You might want to try looking into Orb, Geed, and Z other forms too. They're awesome! Also, Blazar was one years ago. A proper transformation video should be out now. The new one is Arc with just a teaser.

Ultraman USA was my First Exposure to the Ultraman TV series as a Kid! And Damn was it a Great Introduction to the Universe of these Characters! It’s four Episodes of Just pure Goodness and Action! You definitely need to get a few reactions for that One! I Honestly got more of a Taste for it once Power Rangers came out, but yeah this Tv Series along with the Live Action Ultraman Great/Towards The Future! Did you know that Great’s Production team used the Music and Sound Effects from that Animated Pilot!? Cause it did! I mean both Tsubaraya and the American Producers wanted to make the Show still, so making the Live action series instead of the cartoon saved money and allowed for all audiences to watch both. So it was a Win-Win. I still have a Monster toy from the Great tv series!
Fun fact about the Netflix series that was adapted from a Manga (that debuted 2011): Originally the concept was offered to TOEI to make a gritty Kamen Rider reboot manga that took a lot of inspiration from the Iroman movies/fad that came in 2008. TOEI shot that shit down in a flash because of copyright infringement and I don't even think the idea that was proposed to them even got to see the light since then. However Tsuburaya was quick to embrace the opportunity when the mangaka pivoted and offered it to them instead. That's the main difference in Tsuburaya and Toei that we still see today. Tsuburaya has been embracing all markets while Toei is still pretty much run by old men.

ahh.... they did not add Gridman into the list. Gridman was more or less the tangent series to Ultraman, made to try and replace Ultraman during the slower years. The original tokusatsu one did not work out financially and only had 1 season, but then in recent years they made a short anime video showing off what the sequel to Gridman might look like, and it was so well received that the series got two full seasons of animated series "SSSS Gridman", "SSSS Dynazenon", and a movie finale called "Gridman Universe"

I know you've just started KR Geats but i would suggest KR Decade and Zi-O the 10 and 20 anniversary so you can roughly grasp decades worth of KR lore and all the tokusatsu's in 2 separate series.
Kinda disappointed that they didn't do the Ultraman Orb and Ultraman Z fusion forms but chose their original form transformations. Like Orb i guess i can give a pass since his Origin Forme transformation is just as cool but for Ultraman Z i really wanted to see the reaction for the very first transformation where the guy literally messes up the transformation sequence and nearly shoots himself xD
