As a Harrow main: Yeah, that's accurate. As an Ex-Frost main: SHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... My bubble works fine on other missions. Just not assassination, spy, capture, rescue, sabotage, or any mission with the infested in it.

If you build nezha with full rush sprint boost and slap a dispatch overdrive on there prolly can outrun any volt depending on their boost but I've outrun pretty much any ive run into (prolly cuz their boost applies to me too)
