I would like to contest the segment you did for Excalibur. Excalibur isn't just a "press 4 to win" frame, he's capable of so much more than that. You also press 2. Sometimes.
Coming back to this years later, this is still one of the best "Every Warframe in a Nutshell" videos I've seen, only beaten out by your other, more recent video.
Except that speed volt and cc volt are two completely different and exclusive configs/builds. And the shield volt build for hijacks went completely unmentioned, but I guess that ones a bit too niche.
Speed Volt is probably the most inefficient and useless Volt build. The Pikachu Volt build is far better, along with even a build surrounding his electric shield. It’s good for Eidolons, at least. Also, before you say anything, I was a Volt main for a while. Once I got Khora, though, I started to main her.
Garuda - Eat Wolverine's heart out and throw it to blow up the rest of the X-Men, also channel your inner Vlad the Impaler for immortality and free energy.
Spot on? Nail on the head granted he was right about my main too XD Loki press 2 kill everything. Though I’m still trying to figure out a way to even use limbo’s third
@no tengo mama No, I've done it a while ago. Maybe button 4 on my mouse melee, and clicked the thing that made it so that if I left click with melee out, it melees.
Excalibur: **Proceeds to glitch out from EB spam** It always feels so good outdamaging one of those shitters with whatever shitpost build I'm running. Nezha "Give her something" "Her" Buddy do I have something to tell you! There's a "Divine Spear" down there where you would expect a Blazing Chakram.
That deserves at least a sub, amazing quality for how small your channel is. Hope that more people see that vid, it has everything to get you more subs. Way to go!🙂
Lmao this popped up in my recommenced and apparently I liked it, but I honestly dont remember watching it. But even if i already did, it was a masterpiece!
This is a rare breed of Warframe video. You are also a Mag (Prime) Main like myself, but you managed to teach me a few things I did not know (mostly how Pull works). I know they were meant to be subtle, but the notes were hard to read when pausing the video as 1) depending on the video frame you manage to pause on, the text blended into the background, and 2) the RU-vid UI got in the way of reading one or two. While you described the "Main" way to play her, this is not the only way. But, then again, for the purposes of this video, what you have will suffice. If anyone is interested in learning of the other 3 or more ways of playing Mag that I am aware of (which admittedly are fairly similar), respond/reply to my comment here and I will describe them.
@@odesge I do want to mention that I have yet to directly be told negative about my Mag play/use of her (in a given mission or overall) that I remember, but I am very aware of some of the reasonings on why the hate. Just sitting here thinking about it, I can think up 6 different ways to build/play Mag. Of the list you gave, I was thinking of the last too actually. I am aware of using "Fracturing Crush" to strip armor, and just typing now I can see using that crush build with using Polarize added (without possibly messing too much with mods) as Polarize also strips armor. (That make the overall count to 7 btw.) In no particular order: "Zone Controle" is what I named the basic use of Magnetize focused build were duration is the dump-stat., but I prioritize Efficiency, Range, Strength (in that order). It leaves the bubbles a reasonable, but larger than usual, size, but ending/detonating quickly to be useful as a kind of grade for the pathway/doorway it is plated in. "Self Controle" is what I consider an "upgraded variant" of "Zone Controle" above. With the addition of "Magnetized Discharge," one can manually detonate a bubble. I use this as an opportunity to crank up the Duration of "Zone Controle," but sacrifice Efficiency in the proses. This past part, the lower Efficiency mean one needs to be more selective on how they use Magnetize at all (along with Meg's other abilities of course, but then again, that is what Zanuric and energy pizzas are for... right?). Note: I can see a build that tries and capitalizes on "Magnetized Discharge's" disarming property (making the running total of the possible builds of Mag to 8), but this at least sounds too "spammy" for my taste, and not quite as practical as other Mag builds. "EMP Burst" is my name for basically a "Counter Pulse" build. Not much to say here beyond that I heavily prioritize into Duration, then Strenge, while still boosing Efficiency (in its current state of writing the, 115%), but leave Rage unchanged (100%). My "Crushing Controle" is likely an oddball build, but it's a "Fracturing Crush" build, but the stat. Priorities are as follows: Range top, then Duration, next Efficiency, and dumping Strength. Yes, I dump Strength. Why? This build was actually an attempt of mine to make a Mag build for the "Law of Retribution" Raid (just before raids were dropped from the game). I wanted to have the longest lasting impact on the enemies, but I also did not want to kill them, hence the lack of Strength. I find that "Crushing Controle" is very effective against Infested as they heavily rely on melee/rush tactics, and it can forces them to go more "traditional" paths to getting at you/the defense target. Anyway... The next two are builds that I am aware of but have yet to try and use them. First is a "Greedy Pull" build. I can imagine prioritizing Strength to 1) more likely to kill enemies in each cast, and 2) as this video cleverly points out, speed up the ragdoll velocity (and likely item attraction) speed. Rang and Efficiency would me next as one would be spamming Pull, and you would likely want as much of that sweet, sweet look/energy orbs as you can. (did you know kills with Pull has increased energy orb drop chances? Ikd the details on this.) The other is XandyPants's "Arena" build. This build includes a hole Loadout, but in essence one is making a large Magnetize Bubble, pump as much procs as they can into the bunched up enemies, us a decently ranges melee weapon with "Condition Overload," and (while staying a save distance from the Magnetized enemies) just go to town "Thwacking." "Counter Pulse" is used to make it safer to traverse the maps of High Level areas/content. While likely overkill, I hope this is enlightening as to just how "flexible" Mag can be to build. I could easily be wrong, but I look at other frames, and I see only one, maybe two builds/playstyles. However, I can also see that people who Mains those different frames and do what I did above to their beloved Frame. Due to how the game works and built-in synergies, some Frames will still be more limited in number of playstyles they can do. As I stated in my original comment, the video you, Wat, made here shows the most common or most easily thought of "the" way of playing a given frame, but the Mag section showed not only her basic gameplay method, but described it with respect (scolding respect, but respect all the same). Despite what an easy of a comment presents, I do not claim to be an expert on Mag (Prime) in any respect. However, as it also shows, I am willing to pass on what I do know and tutor anyone willing to learn. Thanks for reading my comments (especially if you made it this far in this comment).
Vincent Rouse I don’t like Mag. I find her kinda useless, tbh. She could be beast in the hands of other players, but she doesn’t match my play style that well. I typically did a support thing with her 3, though. Her pull also pairs really well with other frames that either use melee or AoE. You can pull enemies to a Gara wall, which the Gara can then shatter. Mag’s 3 is also good for Hijack missions.
@@odesge 1.) Crush spam/Armor-stripper build 2.) Polarize CC build 3.) and the traditional Magnetize build oh you normally split those 3? I main Mag and came to a build where I can use all 4 abilities to a very high extent, I love how you have switched Ember and Mag up tho haha
Ivara main here. You got her right. Something nice about walking up to the strongest mothereffer in the room and sniping their head off. Also being able to put groups of enemies to sleep, or make other players/objectives invisible has her being a damn good support frame.
For the few weeks I've been playing warframe I've chosen mag at the start and her 2 ability makes every junction boss a pushover. Basically every bullet they fire gets redirected into their face
