He's a soft parent, he'd never shove that Jersey down Chris's throat. In fact, I don't recall him ever laying hands on any other the children. When Chris is in trouble for instance, he sits him down and talks to him and lectures him! It's mainly Rochelle that makes those threats.

⁠@@amylee8969the only Julius ever got physical was the episode when Chris lost his high score on Asteroids. In the same episode Julius had this system that he has a book of dreams with lucky numbers. If he has any of those dreams he uses those numbers for lottery tickets. Near the end of the episode, Julius had his dream and gives money to Chris to buy a ticket but instead uses it to regain his high score. Turns out those were indeed the lucky numbers that matched the lottery except once he found Chris didn’t buy his ticket he started to approach him like he was about to whoop him and the episode faded to the credits.
