Eric duncan, tell Salvador perez how his career is over because he throws from his knees. I assume you still play 60' base paths. That delayed steal gets a little harder as you get older buddy.
Check out my videos is really how it should be done (throwing movements) my kid needs some work too but see how his feet are short and quick...thats all you need to be catching, even though he doesnt have catchers gear on it doesnt really matter, when you see how its always the same quick short movement
