I definitely agree with mixing metals. My everyday jewelry look are tri gold small almond hoops, a sterling silver pandora braclet with charms ( which I keep it to be mostly silver with some sparkle from crystals and cubic zirconia) , and lastly a ring stack on one finger of three individual gold rings; yellow gold, white gold and rose gold. They are same ring in different gold colors. I love all of my jewelry pieces and I never really have to choose day to day if I’m going to do silver, white, yellow or rose gold. Great video. I think I’ll be doing one too soon.

I forgot to comment last week. What made me remember that now I have no clue. Hah. I’m procrastinating at work. Anyway, I’ve always loved your dad’s watch. Very cool. It looks almost space age which makes sense if it’s from the 70’s- they were obsessed with getting to space back then. I tend to get most excited about my rings. Your ruby is nice but the sapphire one is the bomb diggity. Bomb diggity? Yes bomb diggity. I love jewelry that is intricate and ‘busy’.

Haha I can relate to that procrastination comment - whenever I’m procrastinating the most random tasks/thoughts pop up in my head and I just have to get it done right away (anything apart from what I’m procrastinating from haha)..! Thank youuuu, I’ve never even thought about the Omega watch looking space agey - but it totally does!! Omg yessss can we please start describing things as bomb dignity again!?! Hi Amanda. I love jewellery that I associate with individual women who are important in my life. My Mum had a gold locket that she always wore that had a photograph of Dad in it. She also had a gold charm bracelet that would only come out for very special occasions and I would love to find all my favourite charms on it when I was little! I have some gold love knot earrings which I wear all the time that my husband bought me. Somewhere I have an amethyst drop pendant necklace on a gold chain that is Edwardian and from my grandmother but I haven’t found since we moved house 20 years ago😢
Sounds like we have a similar approach to jewelry - having a few special pieces that hold sentimental value and feel special for that reason. Hope you’ll find the Edwardian amethyst necklace again 🥹♥️
