@@CassandraOlivia Owning my own salon and getting this license honeyyyyy. Everything in due time... When I was styling hair, I was investing more money into products than income. No one wanted to pay. Lol it was either, "Girl, I got 5 kids" or this is the good one, "I got bills and don't get paid enough" " Can I get a discount?" Lol So, I decided to take a break and figure another option, because I'm learning you have to be firm and constant, because if they feel you're not going to say anything (family) they'll just get up and leave and don't pay. So, I'm trying to figure out how to tell them they have to pay when they send me pictures. By the way, they'll even try to pay me with their food stamps. Lol Lol Lol girl my family is too much. I have a hair page on Instagram and a personal page, but working on it as well as my RU-vid. I know it will work out. You inspired me. Thank you again.💛🆑

I think your employees need to clean their stations thoroughly. You shouldn't have to clean over that. Fire them if they keep their stations dirty. You're a great hairdresser.
I got yelled at in my salon for spraying the chairs down 🙄 meanwhile the salon itself is filthy. I keep my area extremely neat and tidy. Don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. Filth caked to the floor! I wish I got paid enough to clean it but I don’t 😆 anyway. Ur salon is beautiful and spotless! Keep it up mama !

@@CassandraOlivia ohhh. How do you clean it now? Tbh I had a mental breakdown after attending the worst school in the country. So it's been 5 months. I forgot the silliest things too. Like if I use high or low level as a surface cleaner for tables and chairs lollllll like in a spray bottle
