Interesting about Rare beauty. I always heard it was designed for ppl with disabilities. I lost my love blush I forgot about till just now. I really enjoy you applying your base. You take your time and are so meticulously when applying your foundation and concealer. It’s always perfect. I have to pick up a few shades of the eye paints. They look nice.
When the line first came out there was a lot of chatter about the design being specifically designed for those with mobility difficulties and the brand dismissed it, It was on Reddit and various forms of social media. Now they are acknowledging the fact that this concept is a plus for them.. Oh thank you! My base is my most favorite part of doing makeup, like majority of the videos are about me applying my foundation 😂. The Aboutface face paints are fun and quick to use, the price however, it can stand an adjustment.
I recently ordered Weightless, Granada and Infinity in those eye paints. Can't wait for them to arrive. I appreciate seeing you apply them. Note that on the AB website they are only $16 each. I also got 25% cashback and free shipping on them. Do you find using the Elf Halo Glow really adds to your final look? I'm concerned with looking oily. I have combo skin (oily t-zone and drier perimeter) and struggle to find the right balance of oil control without flaky dry skin.
How are you liking the paints so far? Thanks for the headsup on the AB website pricing and savings. I will have to check out the site because the Ulta in my area didn't have that big a selection to chose from. The Elf Halo Glow definitely adds the final touch to my base for me, the natural glow that it give helps to balance out the matte foundation and the various powders that I use also. I has become a regular step in my foundation routine now. I have an oily t-zone from time to time but I notice the Halo Glow doesn't amplify it. It you set it with a good light layer of setting powder you should be good.
@@ThatsSoLetitia I like the eye paints a lot, especially Weightless. I'm still trying to figure out how to use Infinity in a way that flatters me. It has a way of amplifying the discoloration I try to hide with concealer. Apparently there's a purple undertone I didn't realize was there. But the others I enjoy a lot. Will definitely check out the elf halo glow. Thanks.
