Most have. It's the mad Men that think for some reason they need to control the world. Their armies are just caught up in fancy words and promises. Those that defend do it to protect those they have never met or even knew about. They defend because they want peace and they know that those people can govern themselves
What a poorly constructed story. The concept was good but the execution was at a grade 3 level only. Far to much repetition, contradictions (the weapon was hidden on a long forgotten world yet without traveling there she activated it and it came from the ground under her feet.) She told the humans twice about the weapon but both times it was the first time. Many other holes, omissions and contradictions change the parameters you are giving the AI that is writing these stories so that the AI reading it doesn't sound like a fool.
