Spanish churros are like the "plain" one you guys had. You dip them in chocolate, just as you did in that restaurant. You can find them stuffed, or pre-dipped in chocolate, but plain are the OG! They're also considered a breakfast food in Spain- believe it or not. 😂

Ponene la sal para que la pongas a gusto. Y las rabas (calamares apanados), cornalitos (lo q pensaro que sos caballitos de mar) como tambien las papas fritas, se disfrutan comiendo con los dedos, es como comer empanadas con tenedor y chuchillo. Y con limón realza el sabor y mitiga el aceita de la fritura. Saludos.

Hey Volpe! if you're still in Argentina it would mean the world to me if you visit an asado restaurant called 'La Tropilla' the owner 'Alberto' is one of the best men I've met and his asado is INCREDIBLE. If you do go, tell him Jake Scott recommended you. La Tropilla, Palomar, Buenos Aires
