This is one of Zhengzhou’s most famous pedestrian streets. Young people walk around with a phone and a selfie stick, live streaming every few steps. They perform strange actions, dance to odd routines, or sing loudly, seemingly oblivious to the world around them.
This scene is not limited to the pedestrian streets- in the subway, and along the sidewalks, people of all ages can be found livestreaming, not just the young, but also middle-aged and elderly individuals.
