Japanese companies want to sell thier products in China for more competetive prices or produce items sold internationally more cheaply but they cant have Chinese people running thier factories because thier brand reputation will suffer because chinese people have a stereotype for cutting corners. They need people with a japanese sense of pride in thier work to do quality control. Thats why if japanese people cant work there safely they need to just close the factories. The parents have to work there so the japanese child had to live and go to school there.
