3 Tbsp. dried yeast
2,5 tsp. salt
4 eggs
150 g unsalted butter to spread in between sheets
250 g grated mozarella
1 egg to brush on top of each biscuit before baking
grated cheese to sprinkle on the top

300 ml vlažné mlieko
100 g maslo
300 g biely jogurt
3 čl. sušené droždie
2,5 čl. soľ
4 vajcia
150 g maslo na potretie plátov
250 g mozzarella
1 vajce na potretie
