I was at a hospital doing a physical and this 90 year old man who could barely walk started playing a piano and he played everything from Joplin to Mozart flawlessly. It was like Yoda in a lightsaber battle. The greatest thing I ever saw.
I remember visiting my grandparents when they had to go live in an assisted living. They had a recreation room that had quite a few instruments, and it was always amazing to hear everything from classical and backwoods folk to blues and jazz. I truly miss those moments.
@@zachlesk5685 for once it's considerable, since her attairre sense of art, placing of belongings in table all fits the theme. And as all this is not pre-fixed so artistically I won't say it fake.
When the smile appears on her face, you can FEEL the humanity increasing in the room. I had 10yrs piano and I can only imagine the joy this pianist felt.
I loved playing classical, it's def challenging, it's all about timing n chords... Takes me back and to the pianist... Wow! 😮 This is why I stopped playing n 4 the fact I had to take lessons 8am B4 school in the nuns basement 😢she used to pound my hand and yell at me. There went that career ... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤷
10 years piano lessons and 4 years of organ here. Most anyone can play a modern organ and make it sound from ok to good. But to play the piano well comes from the Soul. It is ALL YOU and the Piano. You often become so engrossed that you forget others are present. She is doing a fabulous job...Great Talent!
@@xanderx8661 I have rheumatoid arthritis. It popped up 10 years ago about 5 years after college. Having my hands and wrists hurt all the time made me lose interest. Seeing things like this reinvigorate me to get a keyboard again and fight through the pain.
@@soontherewillbesnow i'm not sure if you're joking but the phrase "tickle the ivories" refers to playing the piano (because the keys are white i.e. ivory)
@@buechi89 , well I have to question this a great deal. Just so happens that a girl of a very similar age is sitting in the frame. Why most people just walked by? I learned very early on not to believe the net, especially through the prank days
This is the most perfect "mildly impressed" facial expression I have ever seen bloom on someone's face. Faked or not, I commend the reactor for that lovely expression.
@@DreStyle ever thought of the fact that I may not have seen hundreds of more of this? Go puke somewhere else, I already hate myself enough today, thanks.
How many times in a row does one hear this and view the scene! What a scene! Saturation for the senses! Whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! What a performance piece! So much to learn from this capture in time.
Explain to me why please. She’s obviously great at her skill, but why is she a treasure? Will she eventually save the world from ultimate disaster with her precision on the keys?
Yeah she smiled exactly when they planned her to smile. It's worrying how few people can tell the difference between a genuine reaction and a staged one.
Rush E is one of the few songs that can impress everyone in a room, especially if you have the ability to play faster and faster as the song goes on lol
I started playing piano when I was 10. After twenty-one years, I am SOOO glad that I stuck with it. Having the patience to learn pretty much any skill, and not give it up is so worthwhile! 🎹 🎹🎹 🎶 🎶
just start. give yourself a literal minute each day to make sound. sooner or later you'll find yourself spending an hour without realizing. from there, you'll spend more. get a book. learn to read sheet music. boom. that's all it takes. you're welcome :3
I don't know why but the girl at the table looked like a proud momma seeing her child giving their all at a performance when everyone else told them they're going to fail.
Then I have something you’ll thoroughly enjoy. Been watching it since 2006, since he was on American Idol and they played themselves cutting him off early. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Lbjc3ypUfO4.html
I used to work at a dental/oral surgeons office. My boss (the dentist) had a baby grand piano in the corner because he played… he would welcome anyone to play and the performances I heard from the most random people BLEW MY MIND.
Exactly, how can people not read when a person is clearly acting and they have a look on their face like they are fully aware they're pretending to be a stranger lol. 😅😅
