German bread recipe:
350 ml warm water.
1 tablespoon sugar.
6 grams of dry yeast.
30 ml olive oil.
330 grams of wheat flour.
100 grams of rye flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30-35 minutes.

Whole wheat bread recipe:
300 grams of whole wheat flour.
1 teaspoon salt.
50 grams of flour.
5 grams of dry yeast.
2 teaspoons sugar.
50ml water.
225 ml warm water.
3 tablespoons sunflower oil.
sunflower oil.
Bake at 190°C (370°F) for 40 minutes.
