MINI SAUSAGE BUNS
4 medium hot dogs
1 cup All purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon red pepper
1 medium egg
1/2 cup milk or water
Oil for frying
Sauce:
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoon ketchup
2 teaspoons yellow mustard
1 teaspoon pepper

I tried this today and we could't get enough of it. It was amazing. I put a bit of nutmeg and used Cameroon pepper instead. It tasted so nice....Thanks for sharing this. Will definitely try it again and again and again!!!

Tried this and everyone love it. I used 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp yeast and 1tbsp sugar. It came out nicely👍

A funny idea .. I tried it and increased the types of spices and it was delicious, but after an hour the layer of dough became soft even though I did not cover it with any cover, what should I do to keep it crunchy

I tried this today, the flour paste didn't stay on the sausage even with the flour coating. I tried for so long, it didn't work. I had to fry it without the stick with the sausage in it. I will try again
