Let me get it straight, the Korean letter ㅇ (i-eung) anyway has two ways. When it is in the initial jamo, it is the placeholder of the vowel letter, and when in the final jamo, it makes an /ng/ sound, like in the words, sing, bring, thing, etc.

Why is [ebal] written with 2 [b] above the r/l batchim? I hope this question makes sense because I never would've thought to write it like this just by hearing it. Why isn't it ebal when you wrote it ebbal?
