-safety issues to hai abhi bhi as its quite open area and informal bussiness setups are there. - also traffic and informal setup isues ( feels like gaziabad ) - cleanliness issues are also there, also green belts are not properly maintained and also damaged - public transport issues no metro bus or snything if these are sorted out then it would be really good ecosystem to live in. as infrastructure is already quite good

Pros - Sab chiz ki availability hai yaha pe jo jeene k liye chaiye. Cons - No metro, No public transport, crowded during peak hours. Baki dunia bhar k schools top class, malls, society shops, hospitals Sab kuch hai.

Bade bhai ji yadi sari facility mil jayegi to tab tak yah rate aapko nahin milega yah rate bhi tab tak bahut badh chuka hoga metro yahan per proposed hai public transport ke naam per buses available hai aapko Shayad pata nahin hai aap pata kijiye dobara se ace city se bus khulati hai jo aapko sector 52 metro station botanical Garden Tak jaati hai aap ek bar sahi se pata karke FIR aap koi comment karo aapko pata hi nahin hai aap log office mein office karte ho home to office yahi aapka vah rahata hai aapko pata hi nahin hai ki kya hai yahan per auto jab chaho tab mil jaati hai shared auto aapko hamesha milati hai City riksha ki facility available hai aur kya chahie aapko public transport ke naam per metro aane wali hai yah aapko bhi pata hoga yadi aap is area mein rah rahe hain to metro aane wali hai theek hai na to pahle sari chijen pata kar lo uske bad jakar koi comment karna yahan per public transport ke naam per bus auto aur City riksha pichhle lagbhag 7 sal se chal rahi hai..... Sir, ready to move best projects batane chaiye the aapko apni video mai, aapne toh mostly under construction wale projects bata diye woh bhi last k sectors ke most of them. Lakho Logo ki zindagi tabha ho gyi hai under construction projects mai invest karke. 😢😢

In Greater Noida, affordable property is illegal. Legal property in the projects named in this video are unaffordable. This man is not fully aware of the ground situation. I recommend everyone to watch videos of Jai Kumar Tiwari, a retired civil engineer, before looking to buy any property, especially land, in U.P. Do your own investigations before committing a single rupee. Do not rely on promotional videos like this one. Such videos are usually sponsored by developers and builders looking to sell their projects.

This area full of problams peak hours big jaam to many people are living and to many have to be and no transportation no metro no share texi or auto if someone don't have own car will stuck..

Noida west se behtar raj nagar extension h , it has both metro and rrts station. 20 mins away from delhi

Baat toh apki sahi hai but Rajnagar extension ghaziabad mai padhta hai. Ghaziabad ki image zyada achi nahi hai. Zyada se zyada log Delhi k border se sate ghaziabad k pass hi rehna chathe hai jaise Indirapuram, Vaishali, Crossings Republik etc.

Warning: Greater Noida West is a nightmare to live in! The constant traffic jams, poor infrastructure, and lack of amenities make it a frustrating and exhausting place to call home. The area's rapid growth has outpaced its development, leading to endless congestion, pollution, and chaos. Unless you enjoy spending hours stuck in traffic, I'd strongly advise against making this place your home. Trust me, you won't regret avoiding it!
