hellooo, i had a doubt. The current HRD guidelines states "2nd Prof. year students to carry out the work from 2nd to 4th Prof. years." - consisting of 3 summer breaks but in my proposal i've mentioned my study duration to be around 2month i.e. from mid August- mid October 2024. Is it going to be inaccurate since my study duration is quite different from what they have portrayed in the guidelines?

It is only for 2021 batch students who are in 3rd year now ...due to late councelling and college allotment they lost there 1st chance so now ICMR gave them one more chance but for 3rd year they Reduced allowance from 60 thousand to 30k..

Noo, their stipend is fixed for everyone. Also I’d say, chose a project that has a doable budget, projects that are too much of a far reach are slightly harder to get approved

The submission date has been preponed to 20th June, and no you’ll need to submit the ethics committee approval only after proposal results are out. But you can obtain it anytime for yourself from your institute
I want to apply for this ..and i got to know about it yesterday.... If somehow my proposal is not selected this year (I'm in second year), can i pursue again in 3 rdor final year?
@ManjushriR The other PI won’t be mentioned in the project, you can ask him/her to continue as a PI but also inform them that only 1 of the 2 will be mentioned in the official documents
