On the post at nutsandtwigs.com/everything-bagel-crispy-tofu/, I have a recipe for homemade bagel seasoning blend. It's 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon poppy seeds, 1 tablespoon dried minced garlic, 1 tablespoon dried minced onion, and 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt. If you're in the states, you can buy the blend at most grocery stores but Trader Joe's is where I buy mine. Hope this helps.
