Everything Coming In The Final Update | Marvel's Avengers Game 

Which of these new changes are you looking forward to and do you think this is enough for a final update for Avengers?

I wish a new studio would pick it up and give us that ultimate alliance treatment

I don't think this was covered but I want all missions available for players. I MEAN ALL. Missions like Mayhem Over Manhattan, Agony Over The Anthill, etc. These missions and others needs to be available at all times for those players still supporting this game.

I would have loved two things, Patrol Mode & Captain Marvel

I'd like them to put the Iconic missions back on the war table. They are still the most fun missions in the game, and now that support is gone the devs don't have to worry about people farming them (that's just speculation from something I read elsewhere) or whatever the reason they were removed.

Looking forward to all skins releasing. It's crazy even in death Sony still keeps spiderman exclusive. Pettiness meter 3000.😂

They should of at least gave us 3 new heroes and then shut it down

They Probably won’t do it for the final update but I wish they would allow you to have 11 companions since there are 12 characters

They need to remove the button puzzles in the raid and cloning labs.

they should make all missions available for offline use and not only that make the raids more accesible for offline use as well and alter certain obstacles that could make it compatible and more easier for 1 player to press on through the raids without having others to do it as a group.

Bob mentioned that time gates for the Raid wouldn't be removed. Any thoughts on that?

Would like Days of remains to come back and winter Soldier running speed also given to Captain America

It'd be so cool if they make you able to have 5 companions, I'd love to have the original 6

I sent them an email suggesting that they double the movement speed of all the characters plus minor improvements in some animations, but I doubt they will do that at this point Edit: I made a video about the traverssal hulk giving some suggestions, this days ago and no one looked yet.

I really really REALLY wish they would bring Spider-Man to all platforms. I feel it wouldn’t be hard to do and would be something simple to let fans be able to enjoy a character they didn’t previously have access to

The Hulk's hair style changed to the shorter version.

Im realy happy with how their handling the shut down. All content for free and alot of the game still playable. When march rolls around for the update im gunna play avengers again :) replaying story with the costumes i want and didnt have

Hulk's improved traversal is a welcome addition. I would've liked one more mission dlc, though. A Captain Marvel mission that centered around combating the Kree and perhaps teaming with AIM.

I would have liked it if they did add She-Hulk, because there aren’t very many games where you can play as her.

i'm hoping they put all the missions back on the war table the iconic missions shield missions ant hill missions and keep them on there without disappearing and make double resources permit

Any chance of selecting less than 4 heroes for war zone missions with and without CPU.. Example solo, duo, trio, and quad strike teams

Really wish they would've just dumped in whatever finished heroes they had even if they don't have a story or anything n without any extra content coming it pretty much makes the game kinda pointless unless ur brand new to it

Hey im having bugs with the hacking panels i can ping them but they wont unlock the doors i think we need more ways to max out hero's as solo and tine gates should be removed on the big missions

Can everyone please request the ability to play missions with no ai teammates? Game would be insanely fun with you and a friend only.

Spider man came in the game and never even got a mission chain . Lol I'm glad bucky got one but I wish it would've had him fighting against the avengers 1st and then unlocked only by finishing the cloning lad with cap and widow

Yo Cas! good re coverage for everything up to date, but couple questions you mention spider-man being made no longer exclusive, was that actually in the cards? I just thought that was what everyone said was a bad idea, or was that just the way you phrased it that made me think that that was gonna change? Also few questions about the free stuff cause hopefully you might know, for the shipment skins does that include the 100th shipment skins or is it just the RNG cosmetics? also is the vender also apart of that free update? I felt like if they're going to give us a send-off Captain Marvel should be the final update but of course they can't do that because no money is coming in so they can just do what they can do what they got I mean Marvel's Avengers has been on life-support for 3 years and a half now it's time to pull the plug. Hey I enjoy your content. Looks like you have roughly the same information as BobDuckNWeave with one exception. He says they are not removing the time gate for missions so OLT and Discorded Sound will only give higher gear once a week as normal. I also noticed in your video when you mention removing the time gate you did not reference a spot in the blog. So do you have some information possibly that is not posted?

We never got the Kree or Capt Marvel or the end of most of the storylines. Such a crappy anticlimactic way to end it

Honestly I'm just mad that there was obviously people passionate about the game working on it who wanted to continue but the numbers just weren't there but I'm happy that there giving us one last send off as a gesture of good will because we've all been here since the start even after all the negativity surrounding the game we knew it could be something great with polish and time and I know that the devs were trying to make this game what it should be I just know that the people who worked on this game did everything they could and I know they'll do just as amazing as they did on tomb raider as they did on avengers

They could at least by the end of September finish the story with the kree being set in their home world

They could have ended with Salute to the fans and giving us 1 last character or maybe patrol mode. It is what it is though. I still think they should drop another DLC and charge for it and see if it's profitable. I'm sure they already put work into it already so why not see what happens?

I personally like Marvel is one of my favorites this marvels game could have been one of the best don't know where they went wrong but they did a pretty good job so far like I said it could have been one of the best Marvel games ever

As someone who first played the game a year ago, and has played it pretty actively since (though not online because I don't enjoy multiplayer games with complete and total strangers), I've not only really enjoyed the game, especially its story content, but am glad that everything will become free. I have a little bit a sympathy for people who may have been playing since the beginning and have put a lot of time and money into it, but at the same time, like... Why? I mean I guess I can't say much. Before the news came out I had planned on putting in $100 every month so that I could get it all, but still. I guess it really comes down to whether or not the people putting so much money into the game enjoyed the game enough to warrant it. However, I am a little disappointed we won't be getting any new story content or characters. I really wanted to a conclusion to the Kree Invasion storyline they were setting up and would have loved to see Doctor Strange and Captain Marvel show up (as they are both canon to the universe). But maybe there's some small hope for a sequel that finishes the story. Though live service wouldn't be the way to go. DLC, sure. Online multiplayer? Fine. Single player and co-op story? Fuck yes. Shit ton of pointless microtransactions? No. Really, all they'd need to do is improve the writing, touch up the gameplay, add enemy variety, make the story levels unique (and avoid copying and pasting the same areas like 3 or 4 times in each map), and provide a way for any and all players to aquire all comsmetic items without having to pay real world money for them. And as for Spider-Man... Well, phsycial copies of the game will remain available for purchase even after the game will no longer be purchasable digitally. And the game is pretty cheap, so as long as someone can get a Playstation, they can finally enjoy Spider-Man. Granted, that will be a lot more expensive than buying a $30-60 game. But I'll be doing it anyway, so whatever.

I hate they're shutting it down I really love this game the only thing I didn't like about is playing with other people in the OLT they start out good then half way done they back out so you gotta start all over again with a new group but I wish they would at least put another character in the game like war machine or captain marvel they have more than enough time before the game is done completely

Ive waited for war machine so long, only to be let down... Plus no xbox exclusive hero gives playstation one extra to use, so we get stuck with 9 while they get 10. Its more fun with more heros, but im kinda disappointed we wont get war machine, scarlet witch, or an exclusive... more so for no war machine and scarlet witch tho

Would've liked to have gotten the ability to set up or control how many heroes we have in our strike team when playing solo.

The way that this game is shut down is better than what happened to Marvel Heroes a few years back. We can still play (but for how long, I wonder?), so the game's value is better. However, to me, it confirmed my impression that live-service games are a kind of con, and that I will never spend again for them. If it means that, in the long run, I'll be stuck playing my old physical games... well, so be it.

The thing I hate the most about this game is me having a 150 Thor, maybe playing a mission where enemies are level 20 (Just cause I had a bad day and need to play homelanderish or simply because I need to feel the reward of my afford) and being forced to drag over other 4 party members. Not only it over simplify things to the bones but it kills the atmosphere and makes the screen super messy with colorful explosions everywhere. Same if I wanna play online with one single friends. I don’t feel like he s there cause I can’t tell his action and the other cpu party members ones apart. This thing could be sorted out in the snes game, why did this team had to be on this project? Just WHY?

Sooooo, other content creators like Bobduckandwhatever, are stating that time gating is NOT being removed....

We would not know what really happened to make them shut down the game all of the sudden. But hackers were able to get free skins and just be at any power level they wanted. Some were even offering to sell their service into hacking and modding CD's account to Xbox and Steam Avengers players. I don't know if that has something to do with it but anyways, where is the GAMMA CHARGED SKINS? Are they planning to bring them back. I know they only sold them for short time when they game was released, are they ever going to put them back in the market place?

And still no new game plus

why not just let the modders create any new heros for us like Skyrim's community if that would ever be allowed

They suck! No patrol mode. As a solo player of this game this is a nightmare lol. None of my heroes will ever get to max power lvl because of how the gear is set up for multi-player only. All of the iconic and faction missions that they took out. It really is the lack of content for me. I really didn't think a game like this could turn out so bad. What a waste.

They should of added Doctor Strange instead of Jane Foster lol
