I love the fact that she keeps getting invited to these types of platform. She's so classy and she's establishing her name on stream for a long term. I’m the opposite and it sucks too. I don’t use an alarm but I’ve always been able to wake up at whatever time I set for myself. The huge downside is that I can’t sleep in, ever. I wake up around 5 or 6 am even if I stay up late, and I basically crawl through the day until I can go to bed. I occasionally take cat naps (maybe once per month) and if I need a nap I will fall asleep where I stand.

the obsession with no carbs/califlower rice/califlower pizza crust, no desserts, only one cookie 'if the right time', herbal teas, Apple cider vinegar (especially), no sodas, salads, no carbs for breakfast/ garbanzo bean pasta... @@misamiangel1892 that’s concerning, all she drinks is coffee & just veggies/eggs. Hardly any carbs which is worrying when she doesn’t even eat meat 😅

@@zubieey you need more protein than carbs, so her eggs and salads will give her what she needs. She also has carbs through her dinners and her snacks. Everyone is different, and can eat different amounts to others.
