Sanji walking onto the sea train and BEATING ASS is STILL one of his coolest moments in the entire anime. Seriously stuff like that is what makes him my favorite character. He ALWAYS does MVP level stuff in the back ground.

Since the moment you started this series, I have been counting the days, waiting for you to get to Sogeking. Bear witness to the stuff of legends.

The shot of Sogeking, Franky and Sanji is one of my fave manga panels of all time! These are also some of my fave episodes in the entire series :') (The fact that they have so much Sanji prolly helps a bunch ehe) So glad to see your reaction, awesome as always!!

The “cutting the wave” was done so well. This whole arc is full of hype as hell moments. Getting some of the explanations we get, the awsome crap that everybody gets to do and the LORE from all corners is perfect

Some of the most memorable and my favorite moments were in these few episodes and more great ones are ahead! Luffy breaking apart the buildings, Luffy saying let's go to get everything back, smashing the wave, and of course Sokeking theme song!!! If anyone has watched to this point and does not think One Piece is the best Anime ever made I do not understand what you are thinking but I hope we can agree all this is awesome!!!

That Paulie and Nami bit was such a consistently funny and well-written gag, almost had me rooting for them despite knowing it was total nonsense

Finally, the best character of the series is here. MY MAN SOGEKING IS HERE. Very lucky Usopp could call his friend to help the gang so quickly!

I forgot how many badass things happen in these 6 episodes. The mini arc of the sea train pursuit can stand on its own merits instead of just being a transition between Water 7 and Enies Lobby. Loads of characters get to do important things, from the members of the new alliance to the most minor of Galley-la employees, it all matters. Oda always uses most characters to the fullest I feel, it's why he has trouble killing off people.

We're getting closer to the scene, so excited to see it.

Something I only realized now while watching this, is how absolutely committed Usopp is to the role he has going on here. To the point that he even renamed some of his signature fighting moves to keep his identity hidden. But what really gets me is how hilarious it is that he only changed them ever so slightly. He didn't even bother to remove the obvious "Special Attack" portion of the name. lol So for example, "Special Attack: Lead Star" became "Special Attack: Metallic Star" here, and "Special Attack: Exploding Star" became "Special Attack: Gunpowder Star." Usopp just made the tiniest changes to these attack names while thinking no one would notice. This guy, I swear. lol

I LOVE how usopp's whole sogeking bit is just one big affectionate parody of classic tokusatsu like kamen rider and super sentai (aka power rangers) Also it would be neat to see you do a wins video on a tokusatsu show like kamen rider kuuga or other

The 300 Pound + Canon always stood out as a signature moment. It gets outclassed eventually in scope and scale, but never before and nothing after for a long while possesses the sheer weight of raw unassisted power of our heroes! Lending to this was that Zoro had his 16-pound, 32-pound, and 64-pound attacks leading up to it, but instead of the expected progression he just escalates strait to 300!

The manga is amazing but it's for moments like the Sogeking's opening song that the anime really complements it and adds to the whole One Piece experience !

So I watched the whole series without taking a break so for a large part of the series I just kinda zoned out and the emotional impact didn't quite hit that well with me. But I love watching your series cuz you are giving me a fresh breath of air that I needed and now tearing up at parts and laughing at others

One of my favorite parts that never get brought up again in the series are coming up next part, with the fight with the ramen kempo guy...

*Been a while since I said this,* but I wanted to thank all the Patrons for sponsoring Anime Wins because I *really* love him going through _One Piece._ Not that I don't enjoy other shows, but _One Piece_ is just that special, y'know? For those wondering why I suddenly stopped making comments like this under the RU-vid _One Piece_ Anime Wins videos, it was a combination of things, but mostly timing. You see, I have *not* seen any of the One Piece films. I'm not avoiding them or anything, but I just haven't had much in the way of opportunities to watch them. But that means I end up skipping those uploads for this channel. I also haven't been able to watch a lot of more recent anime series, or was behind in watching them, so I'd skip those uploads and eventually, RU-vid stopped telling me when this channel was updating on a regular basis. I think I even got Unsubscribed at one point. Which may have been RU-vid or just me bumping the wrong button. >_> Now, I did eventually catch back up and _probably_ just should have started making "Thanks" comments as I went along, even if they were late. >.> One positive change, though, is that for the last several months I've managed to hold down a part time job. As I am blessed with friends, family, community, and assistance programs that have been covering most of my basic needs during this time, I'm able to spare a _little_ of what I earn and so I saved up for four months to... ...buy the Marvel Vs Capcom Arcade Collection. Hey, I've been waiting to play one of those games for 30 years! *However,* I also set aside a little so that I could finally join the lowest tier of Patreon support as of this month. :) Locked it in for the next year; hopefully in 2025 I can renew or even jump up a level of support.
