Advice to everyone who goes to night markets never get raw seafood sushi. Always eat raw fish sushi in restaurants that specialize in them. To avoid parasites
There’s parasites in all fish. They’re flash frozen on the ship to kill them. The biggest concern is keeping the raw fish at a safe temperature to prevent bacteria from building up.
@M M its just very common to get food poisoning in asian night markets, bc it may or may not be the most sanitary. it might not even be how clean it is but its common in foreigners bc they haven’t been exposed to such bacteria (most likely)
@M M i never said anything about that, im saying not everyones immune system has encountered that kinda of bacteria bc its not in their country, the british used small box as a weapon to kill natives and it worked bc the natives never had small pox before therefore their immune system didnt know what to do/ wasnt built to withstand that. theres bacteria everywhere so im not saying asian night markets are dirty, im just saying foreigners are prone to food poison bc they arent used to the food there
Imma join everyone and say thank you for all the wholesome food reviews. Very lighthearted and chill since food are meant to be enjoyed. ❤ Also KUDOS on your pronunciation on asian foods you nail them and for going to local humble street food stalls
I’ve been here a lot of times before! It’s called “Chillva Market” in Phuket Thailand and there is so many affordable and delicious food, clothes, accessories and more. There are so some concerts here in special occasions 😍 Ugh I could’ve met you!!
Finally someone is tasting food of other countries than only Indian food i am an Indian and proud to be one but when i see some people on youtube tasting Indian food it's clear that they are overacting.but you are not one of them much much much appreciated 😊
I get so excited for your videos❤❤❤ I love these so much! I feel like being stuck at home with kids… I’m living through you and your travels. Please don’t stop for a while 🤣🤣🤣 i need it! 😂😂
I truly love watching your video! It’s so cool to see different place and the food they have at each one! Makes me want to visit the places you’ve gone!
Yeah, I stay away from the sushi in Thailand markets. They’re left in outside temperatures for ours and normally covered in flys. As good as it looks, keep away unless you want frequent trips to the toilet.
I had the best sushi of my life in Thailand!! I think it’s good practice to take anti parasite pills every so often regardless of whether it’s an expensive restaurant or street food
And then here I am in Sweden crying looking how delicious and cheap the food in Thailand is, because every comfort food in Sweden costs more than 10usd 😭
I love your videos. They are just so interesting and the food looks amazing! I’m curious, have you ever gotten food poisoning from anything? Any helpful tips when trying lots of different foods like this overseas if you might not have tried them before? X
